- Cusco Cathedral - First you’ll visit the imposing Plaza de Armas and the Cusco Cathedral. The Cusco Cathedral is very important because inside you will find the paintings of the Cusco School of Artists, and learn how the Spanish conquistadors imposed Christianity on the natives.
- Qorikancha - You will visit the Incan Temple of the Sun, the Coricancha. Historians tell us that during Incan times this was the most important religious site in their empire (Tahuantinsuyo).
- Sacsayhuaman - After Coricancha we will head out of the city and up to the immense Fortress of Sacsayhuaman. It is a mystery as to how this site was constructed. The stone blocks are as big as a truck, and they fit together perfectly. No mortar was used.
- Q’enco Archaeological Complex - Our next stop will be Qenco. Here you will walk through underground passageways, and marvel at the carved rocks. This carved limestone formation is full of subterranean passages and decorated with mythical figures.
- Puka Pukara - Its name comes from the quechua words which means ‘’Red Fortress’’. Puca Pucara or Pukapukara got this name due to the red granite it was constructed with. This archaeological complex features terraces, walls, aqueducts, squares, and stairways that ensure the urban layout is suitable and functional.
- Tambomachay - Tambomachay was one of the Inca monuments where water was worshiped. Such is the majesty of Inca work that to this day, five hundred years later, water continues to circulate there. The chroniclers affirm that the Inca emperor spent his days of relaxation there. It is one of the most visited archaeological sites in Cusco along with the Coricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo and Pucapucara.

Long tour of key Inca ruins, bring your own water and snacks. - Our guide, Juvenal, was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites that we visited. I wish we hadn’t visited the politically correct alpaca wool product store. I admit, I bought a poncho, but it just felt like a commercial thrown into a good PBS show featuring Incan ruins. I was dissatisfied with the young men who ran us around the city to meet the tour guide. But I guess it’s a symbiotic relationship where the tour companies funnel tourist like me to the guides. That being said, the guide was really good and the weather was perfect for walking around at 12,000 foot elevations. I would suggest that the guide company provide water as well as either snacks or time for a lunch break. When the tour ended at 2 PM, I know everyone was really hungry.

Impressive tour - My Cusco tour was absolutely incredible — every site was impressive and full of history! The highlight of the experience was definitely our guide, Jacob. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, sharing so many fascinating details about the Inca culture and each location we visited. What impressed me the most was how smoothly he managed to guide both English and Spanish-speaking guests at the same time, making everyone feel included and engaged throughout the tour. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

Excellent guide better than others in Cusco - The guide Jacob was was excellent and very knowledgeable. He helped me bought tickets and make everything easy. I was the only English speaker in the group and he explained the sights in English to me while the rest of the group were given the tour in Spanish. He later accompanied me to the Cusco Cathedral even everyone in the group didn't want to go.

We book the activity to... - We booked the activity last minute and there was a misunderstanding with the agency, which did not pick us up. We contacted the agency and they adapted our visit. We joined the group 1 hour later and made the first stop at the end alone with a private guide. The agency assumed the additional cost of Coricancha as compensation.

Exceptional Tour! Do not hesitate to book! - What an absolutely amazing experience! We had a group of 7 people and we felt like VIP’s. Jacob our tour guide and Luis our driver provided unbelievably exceptional service. We were staying in Ollantaytambo and even though most sites were located closer to Cusco, we were able to arrange pick up in Ollantaytambo for a reasonable extra fee and drop off at our hotel in Cusco afterwards. The mini bus was extremely clean and quite comfortable. We traveled in luxury. There were charging ports at our seats and Jacob provided information and commentary along almost the entire route through an audio system built into the bus. We saw all of the major sites listed as advertised. 1- Cusco Cathedral

Super great experience... - Super great experience and guide. It was a perfect balance between getting to hear all of the details and having a little bit of time to explore the space. Our guide was excellent and helped us navigate buying access tickets and made the whole process very easy. The driver was great as well. We felt safe and cared for the entire time and got to learn a ton about the archaeological sites around Cusco in a very short period of time. Our guide went out of his way to ensure that my child had an enjoyable time, too. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this experience!

I was met by the tour... - I was met by the tour guide at my hotel. There were 8 persons on the tour; I was the only English speaking one while the rest of the group were given the tour in Spanish. This worked out perfectly as it felt like I had a private tour since the guide took time to explain the sights in English to me while the rest of the group wandered around the sites. Excellent guide.

Extremely knowledgeable guide! Perfect tour to discover the wonders of Cusco - Had an excellent time exploring Cusco with travel 1 tours. Our guide, in addition to showing is the most incredible sites of Cusco, gave us amazing tips on ways to make our few days in Cusco the most memorable.

City Tour Experience - It was a very unique experience and the tour guide
tried his best to accommodate us because most of the tourists with us then were all Spanish. Maybe we could have enjoyed more if he gound time explaining in English as he did in Spanish..but i understand because he was also running after time.. But he tried his best.. the Tourist areas we went into were really very historic!!!

Interesting tour, but must improve organization - Right tour but disorganized and late pickup. Wait 25 minutes at the gates of Qorikancha which was closed.
