Experience in the jungle - Touring the jungle of Peru again, I love the experience of the jungle and the Machu Picchu agency Amazon Peru gives us everything necessary to enjoy this tour to the fullest, our guide was very attentive and gave us enough information to know and enjoy the environment better, the food was delicious and although there were some unforeseen events the agency knew how to solve immediately, which made everything wonderful. We are very happy with this adventure in Manu Peru

Beautiful Peru - We did the 8 days Cusco - Peruvian Amazon Rainforest Tour Package. It was amazing and full of adventures. We saw so many archaeological sites including the famous Machu Picchu, stunning! We spend 4 days in the Amazon Rainforest. Our Amazon guide Jose was extraordinary and knowledgeable in the environment. It was non-stop adventures, great Peruvian food and little surprises. Money and time will spent. Beautiful people and beautiful places, can't ask for more. Many thanks to Richard and Jose!!

Cusco and Manu Trip - They were very good tours, my girlfriend and I loved it. The only bad thing is that in Manu we couldn't see many animals but it no longer depends on the agency. The transportation to the tours is very punctual and the guides know a lot about the places to visit.

Great travel experience! - We lived an unforgettable experience with Machu Picchu Amazon Peru, we decided to take this tour to explore Cusco and the jungle that we love in depth. From the impressive Inca ruins to the amazing biodiversity of the Amazon, every day was surprising. The organization was impeccable and the guides were knowledgeable and passionate. The combination of culture, history and nature that the agency offered us is incomparable. An experience that I would recommend a thousand times!

An unforgettable experience - The tour including Cusco and Manu is incredible. It is really well thought out and very dynamic. Although we covered much ground the tour was designed in such a way that we were always experiencing our surroundings by stopping at amazing cultural and/or natural areas. I have to say the the guides were absolutely phenomenal, marked by their in depth knowledge and passion for their subject areas not to mention just being excellent people to be around friendly and engaged. I often felt lucky to be privy to their expansive knowledge weather it be it be in regards to finding, identifying and discussing the habits of native birds or animal life. Nefi seemed to know every bird in Manu along with the Quechua and scientific names and was always providing ways to make our trip exciting and fun. Our Cusco guide, Smitty developed fascinating lines of thought with the various historical interpretations of Inkan ruins; his knowledge was spectacular. The tour agency provided us with unique individualized care which I can't imagine receiving via another tour. It was an unforgettable trip.

Group trip to Manu, Cusco, and Sacred Valley - Richard was extremely accommodating for our large group (adults and teens). He was very willing to make (many!) last minute changes and helped us individualize our trip. Our guides (Smitty for the Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu picchu, and Nefi for Manu) were absolutely fabulous. They were fun and informative, patient and accommodating. They made our trip spectacular- so many local facts and explanations, perfect recommendations for meals, and stellar birding skills and fauna locating from Nefi! Both also spoke excellent English which was much appreciated. I’d highly recommend and trust Richard and his team!

Great experience - Great experience we went for a 8 day tour with our guide Fredy, we were never bored. He explained every detail and answered every questioned he could. We did Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain and Manu national park. We enjoyed each of our tour. We saw a good amount of wildlife including a boa, several species of monkey, cool insects, and amazing bird species and more. Thank you to Machu Picchu Amazon Peru for the wonderful hospitality, laughs, and memories. Highly recommended!

Could be better especially at communication - We did a 7 day Cusco and Manu park tour which had a Cusco and surrounding day trip, a Sacred Valley tour, Machu Picchu tour and a 4 day Manu rainforest tour. The agency picked us up from the airport and dropped us to our hotel. This agency does NOT operate any of these themselves and is an aggregator. The Cusco and Sacred Valley tours were operated by “Machu Picchu” travels which was very good and professional. The Machu Picchu tour itself was a private one and our guide was good. When we reached Aguas Calientes by train she met us at the hotel and asked us if we had bus tickets. The agency hadn’t shared the bus tickets with us (from Aguas Calientes to MP and return) which caused unnecessary confusion and stress till they sent it to us that night. On the return train from Aguas C to Ollantaytambo they booked my wife and me in different train bogies which was irritating and weird since we had booked our tour some 6 months before. The Manu rainforest tour has very basic accommodation so you should be prepared for it. E.g. the second lodge doesn’t have light in the bathroom. Our guide for this tour Juan Carlos was fantastic. The agency did not reply till it was too late, when I asked about departure airport drop. So we got it from our hotel instead. Overall their communication via WhatsApp was not clear or prompt. I would not use them again.
