Best in Class Service - Andina Expeditions were excellent. They proactively contacted us the day before our drop off to advise a protest may affect our journey. They rescheduled the time for earlier to mitigate any problems. As it happened, the protest had already begun but the driver parked in a safer location and guided us through the protesters insisting he still carried both of our suitcases! Absolutely incredible service. Well done Andina.

Timely pickup to the airport - The driver arrived early and picked me up. I was promptly sent to the airport. He was courteous too. Do note that they might only reply to you if you contact them directly. My hotel had a change in venue, and they were prompt in their reply.

Offensive anti-religious propaganda and late - Afyer I confirmed, I asked if the driver would come in the hotel to get us in the lobby. We were asked us to wait outside at 8:30am, which we did. It was freezing cold and the driver was 10 minutes late. Normally, this is not an issue, but I was extremely sick from the altitude and on oxygen and needed to leave the oxygen in the hotel. So I was cold, disabled, and without oxygen and no place to sit. Worse, the driver had an extremely offensive icon in his car of our Lord, Jesus Christ, being abused. While I would fight for his right to do and believe as he likes, it was extremely offensive to us, especially 2 days before a very holy day for Catholics. Again, believe as you like, but we found it offensive. On the plus side, we did get to the airport on time with all our things, and he did help with the bags. I suspect this person will just wonder why we didn't give a better tip, but it would have been greater with better service and a wiser choice of political statement display.
