• Cusco - Early Morning Pickup and Scenic Drive
  Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your Cusco hotel. A professional guide will contact you via WhatsApp or phone prior to your arrival. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby.
  We will drive along the northern route towards the Vilcanota Mountain Range, passing through picturesque valleys, rural Andean villages, and winding mountain roads before reaching Cusipata.

• Cusipata - Traditional Highlands Breakfast in Cusipata
  Upon arrival in Cusipata, enjoy a homemade buffet breakfast featuring fresh bread, eggs, coffee, and seasonal fruit. The morning air is crisp, and it’s common to see llamas and alpacas grazing nearby.

• Rainbow Mountain - ATV Adventure to Rainbow Mountain
  After breakfast, we will head to a nearby village to begin the ATV portion of the tour. Safety equipment and a comprehensive briefing will be provided.
  We will traverse the rugged Andean landscapes for approximately an hour and a half, passing herds of alpacas and wild vicuñas, with spectacular views of snow-capped peaks and vast puna grasslands.

Hike to the Viewpoint
At 4900 meters above sea level, we will park the ATVs and take a short 5-minute walk to reach the main viewpoint of Rainbow Mountain. The high altitude makes the short hike feel more challenging, but the panoramic views are worth it.

Explore and Photograph Rainbow Mountain
Spend time admiring the surreal colors of Rainbow Mountain, from deep reds to turquoise and golds.

• Cusipata - Return and Buffet Lunch
  We will return on the ATVs (25 minutes), feeling the fresh mountain breeze and admiring the landscape one last time.
  Back in Cusipata, enjoy a hot buffet lunch featuring local dishes such as quinoa soup, grilled meats, and fresh vegetables.

• Cusco - Return to Cusco
  After lunch, we will begin the 2-hour journey back to Cusco, arriving in the late afternoon. The return trip offers a new perspective of the Andean landscape, illuminated by the soft light of the sunset.
