• Plaza de Armas Cuzco - Guests will be picked up at 6:40 am from their respective hotels located in the center of Cusco. If accommodations are outside the city center, guests are requested to meet at Plaza Regocijo by 7 am for pickup.
• Cruzpata - After pickup, there will be a 45-minute transport to the ATV base located in the village of Cruzpata. At the base, instructions on driving the ATVs will be provided, followed by a 15-minute practice session.
• Moray - Following practice, guests will drive the ATVs for one hour to Moray. Along the way, they will observe the agricultural processes of various products such as potatoes, barley, oats, wheat, beans, and more. Moray is a mysterious Inca ruin near Cusco, located in the Maras district. It consists of three groups of circular terraces (muyus in the Quechua language) that descend 450 feet from the highest to the lowest terraces. Each muyu has 12 levels of terraces, with the largest depression having a diameter of 560 feet, all surrounded by the majestic Andes mountains.
• Salt Mine of Maras - After visiting Moray and leaving the ATVs, the journey continues for 20 more minutes by bus to the salt mine. Guests will witness the entire salt production process, which has been practiced by locals since the Inca era. Guides will explain the extraction process and the significance of salt in the local economy. Guests can feel the texture of the salt pools and have the opportunity to purchase unique souvenirs made from this versatile mineral.
• Plaza San Francisco - After visiting the salt mine, the tour returns to Cusco by bus, arriving at Plaza San Francisco. This is the final stop for everyone, concluding the tour at approximately 2 pm.
