Fun and Educational Visit with Friends - I visited the Alpaca and Llama Farm with friends, and we all had a great time. Interacting with the animals was a highlight, and we enjoyed learning about the different types of wool and how they are used. The weaving demo added a cultural touch that made the experience more meaningful. The tour was well organized, and the transfer made it very convenient for our group. It’s a great activity if you’re looking for something relaxed and authentic to do with friends.

Feed the llamas and alpacas! - My tour guide was awesome: knowledgeable about that is Inca and with perfect English. Learning about the different types of llamas and alpacas was a highlight. After the llamas was a weaving demonstration. They will then show you different types of furs in the hope you will purchase something.

Fun opportunity to get close to alpacas and llamas. - This was a fun and interesting tour. Really enjoyed feeding the llamas and alpacas-they were so cute and funny. Molly was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. I especially liked learning about how the weavers use regular ingredients to dye the yarn.

Great for Animal Lovers - I’ve always loved alpacas, so finally meeting them up close was a dream. The staff explained the difference between llamas and alpacas, which I never really understood before. The weaving part was fascinating, especially watching how natural dyes are made.

Unique Route from the Sacred Valley - While staying in the Sacred Valley, we found out that not many agencies actually run trips to Rainbow Mountain starting from there. This company did, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The day started very early with a pickup around 3:30 in the morning. After a quiet drive through the highlands, we stopped at a cozy restaurant where breakfast was waiting, and later in the day, a warm lunch was served after the trek. Our guide, Julian, deserves special thanks. He never rushed anyone, explained everything with patience, and helped me when the altitude felt overwhelming. They even carried oxygen, which allowed me to recover and continue until reaching the viewpoint. The view of Rainbow Mountain was worth every step—colors shifting with the sunlight and endless mountains around us. The whole team was friendly, reliable, and truly cared about the group’s well-being. For those based in the Sacred Valley, this tour is a great way to experience Vinicunca without having to go back to Cusco first.

Great, short, excursion, completely worth it! - Awesome trip! It was about 2.5 hours. Which was plenty of time. We feed Llamas and Alpacas. They were very sweet and my 12 year old had a blast. After traveling to Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, we didn’t see any. So, this was the perfect experience to get up close to them.
