Highly recommend- easy check in, great tour guide, and awesome adventure - My boyfriend and I had a great time! We lucked out and were the only ones in our time slot, so it was like a private tour. Our guide, Johan, was great and was able to point things out along the way and spotted a Toucan in the trees!! There was another tour group from a different company making their way around the same time and he was able to get us to the waterfall before them, so we had it to ourselves for a few minutes before they all showed up which was nice. Would definitely recommend this tour group over the one next to them- it was great!

Good family adventure experience - This is one of the best excursions we did in Guanacaste. Involves bit of an adventure for family. Knowing how to swim helps but not required. A good guidecan help if not.

Rewarding hike with amazing guide - Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, pointing out animals and telling us about the plants and trees as we hiked along. He was kind and made sure to safely guide us across, matching our pace and providing assistance as needed. Also was a great photographer! 😁 This hike was moderate/challenging at times, but incredibly worth it. Great experience!

Must do - This was maybe the best waterfall hike we’ve ever been on. It was technical in places, but worth the effort. Our guide, Steven, was fun and informative and was a real blast to have show us around for a few hours. This is so worth it.

Lousy customer service, The same tour can be done with other best - Abysmal, I wrote to ask about the price of foreigners since I didn't show up and didn't carry... And in the group you were a mix of nationals and foreigners... He didn't feel like saying it and I got away with it that he was the owner of the property that reserves his right of admission... For everything is go to the link I sent him to book, and the price was not even only that of nationals... Abysmal in customer service, they are lazy to tell you the cost of the tour, I don't really understand how you sell so disappointment... If you want good service from the beginning in the end go with "Finca Don Rafa's" and the price is cheaper too... It's the same estate even I think you are the real owners not like others... In conclusion the estate is beautiful...
