Then, we will enjoy cups of specialty coffee in another brewing method and evaluate them using the descriptors we learned at the first station.

This exceptional walking tour is designed for both foreigners and locals, available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. The tour leverages knowledge and expertise in specialty coffee to present authentic insights.
The aim is to deepen understanding of specialty coffee, covering its history, showcasing coffee plants, explaining processes, identifying bean defects, and more. Participants will learn to appreciate coffee through various methods, evaluate it, and choose high-quality beans.
The tour features three stations, where participants will act as regular customers without prior reservations at the coffee shops, allowing for an unbiased evaluation of their service and coffee quality.
With the support of our coffee experts and input from baristas, we are dedicated to enhancing this experience. Feedback is highly valued after the coffee experience, as it helps us to continually improve based on participant suggestions.
