Upon arrival at the Information Center of our office, guests will be warmly welcomed to the City of Cumberland.

Rocky Gap State Park - It is recommended to spend some time either in the morning before the City Tour begins or in the evening before dinner engaging in outdoor activities. Options include visiting, walking, biking, or driving through a trail, or exploring a park and forest, such as C&O Canal National Historical Park & Towpath, Green Ridge State Forest, Rocky Gap State Park, Potomac River Access, Scenic Byways, Chesapeake & Ohio (C&O) Canal West Scenic Byway, Historic National Road Scenic Byway, Mountain Maryland Byway. Activities like cycling, fishing & hunting, golfing, railbike tours, water fun, or bird and wildlife watching are also available. Please let us know your preferences, and we can arrange an activity for you. There is also the chance to encounter Maryland wildlife while visiting Cumberland.

Cumberland - City Tour
The tour of the City of Cumberland begins with a drive through the city, where various locations will be visited and described.

Cumberland - Siesta/Break Time at 1:00 pm
After the last tour, guests return to the hotel for some rest before dinner. This is also a private time to engage in other activities of interest.

Departure

Cumberland - Guests reconvene at the office to conclude the tour and are wished a safe journey back to their respective destinations. Assistance is also provided for those needing to reach the airport or train station.
