Hanoi - Night Train to Lao Cai

Hanoi Railway Station - Staff will collect guests at 21:00 from their hotel and escort them to Hanoi Railway Station for an overnight train journey to Lao Cai. This offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the scenery outside.

Please have luggage ready in the hotel lobby for a smooth and quick transfer to the station.

Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village (B/L/D)

Ga Lào Cai - Arrive at Lao Cai Railway Station around 5:30 - 6:00. Start the day early with a refreshing breath of Northwest Vietnam air. A one-hour bus ride will take guests uphill to the charming town of Sapa. During the ride, relax or enjoy the stunning views of Sapa, with its mountains and clouds resembling cotton candy in the morning light.

Upon arrival in Sapa town, guests can leave their large luggage at the hotel and enjoy a light breakfast before embarking on the trekking adventure.

Once energized, a local guide will meet guests at the hotel to begin the trekking journey.

Muong Hoa Valley - Trek along trails for 6km towards Lao Chai village, a hidden gem in Muong Hoa Valley, where guests can learn about the customs and culture of the Giay and Black Hmong ethnic groups.

Y Linh Ho - After 3km at the base of the slope from this village, guests will catch a glimpse of the wild and beautiful Y Linh Ho village on the mountainside, surrounded by stunning terraced fields that have existed for generations. Witness traditional weaving and textile production.

Take a break and savor the specialties of Northwest Vietnam for lunch.

Ta Van Village - After recharging, continue to the next destination on the trekking trip, Ta Van village, a neighboring village shrouded in mist. It boasts rustic beauty with wooden houses amidst vast terraced fields. Guests may encounter the Giay community while crossing a swaying rattan bridge. These are truly unforgettable moments not found in urban areas.

After exploring the unique villages, trek back to Sapa town to check into the hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing after the morning’s excursion, refreshing before enjoying an evening in Sapa Town with street food or local performances.

Cat Cat Village - Sapa - Hanoi (B/L)

Cat Cat Village - Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with breakfast at the hotel and check out before embarking on the second day of trekking.

Today’s trek is lighter. Head to Cat Cat village, approximately 3km from the town, and immerse in the breathtaking waterfall and the remnants of a hydroelectric power plant built by the French during their colonial period in Vietnam.

Sapa - Return to the main road for 3km, where a minivan will transport guests back to Sapa town. Take a final moment to admire the beautiful views of Sapa, then embark on a 6-hour shuttle bus journey to Hanoi. Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi in the early morning and enjoy a restful sleep after check-in.

Hanoi - Halong Bay Overnight Cruise (B/L/D)

Hanoi - Experience the fresh early morning in Hanoi with breakfast at the hotel. Check out before the transfer picks guests up around 8:00 - 8:30 for a trip to the World Natural Heritage Site, Halong Bay. The journey takes 2.5 hours on the highway, with a rest stop along the way.

Upon arrival at the waiting lounge, guests will be warmly welcomed by staff and checked in. Transfer to a speedboat/tender for the Halong Bay cruise; during this time, the cruise manager will provide a brief overview of Halong Bay and the itinerary while guests admire the lovely islets on the green water.

Halong Bay - Board the cruise around 12:00 - 12:15, where a friendly captain and crew will welcome guests with safety instructions and a welcome drink, and guests will receive their room.

A delicious seafood lunch is served at the restaurant. After the meal, guests can take a short break before the exciting bay activities begin.

Afternoon

Following the cruise itinerary, guests can challenge themselves with kayaking, explore caves to see stalactite masterpieces, or interact with fishers at the floating market.

Return to the cruise for relaxation, and try cooking Vietnamese spring rolls in the Chef’s cooking class. From 17:00 - 17:30, enjoy “Buy one get one drink” during Happy Hour while waiting for the romantic dusk over the bay.

Halong Bay - Enjoy a delightful dinner at the restaurant.

Participate in nighttime activities on the cruise, such as trying luck with squid fishing, playing board games, watching movies, or simply enjoying drinks at the night bar.

Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L) (End of Service)

Halong Bay - Morning

Wake up early to witness a fantastic dawn scene not to be missed. Around 6:00, a Tai Chi class is available for early risers to refresh and improve health.

A light breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastries is served before continuing the discovery of Halong Bay with exciting water activities like swimming in the green water, kayaking, or caving, following the itinerary.

Return to the cruise to enjoy brunch and prepare to check out around 10:00 - 10:30 while cruising towards the port, passing beautiful rock formations. The captain and crew warmly bid farewell to all guests and transfer them to the tender to reach the pier.

Tuan Chau Island - Board the transfer around 11:00, which will take guests back to their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. End of package.
