Great trip - The experience was great , transpiration was great also, and the beach was beautiful .also trip advisor was very helpful in sending me my vouchers since I was unable to download from my phone ,getting from hotel , to dock was good, and the boat ride was great , also tour guide was there waiting for us , the trip was worth every penny

Trunk Bay Experience - Loved Trunk Bay! The snorkeling was great. Even saw an octopus. The people were friendly. There were changing rooms and lockers. It was beautiful. Beach had clean white sands.

A lot of fun!! - The tour was excellent! Kenneth did a great job! He was super friendly and prompt. We got caught in a tropical storm, so we weren’t able to do all we had originally planned to. He made sure to stop along the way in between the rain fall so we can take pictures and we managed to make it to the plantation- which I was esp hoping we’d do. After dropping us off at the beach, he came back an hour early to pick us up. A huge downpour caused us (and the other couple with us) to look for shelter by the entrance of the beach. We didn’t call for him, he just instinctually came by to check on us. Super thoughtful and attentive. Thank you for a great time!!

Itinerary did not match what was advertised -
The drivers were very kind and friendly, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match what was advertised at the time of booking.
In St. John’s, instead of following the coastal route shown during the booking process with beautiful sea view the tour went almost entirely through the forest. We did not stop at any scenic viewpoints; instead, we stopped only in places with no views, mostly for explanations. This took up a lot of time.
As a result, we ended up spending very little time at the beach, which was one of the main reasons we booked this tour.
Additionally, it was not clearly stated during booking that the ferry departure point was about 30 minutes away from the cruise ship. We left the ship at 9:00 a.m. and did not arrive in St. Thomas until 11:30 a.m., meaning we lost almost three hours just traveling.
Overall, I am not happy with this tour, as the itinerary and timing were not transparent and did not meet expectations.

Bad communication, bad tour operator. - Despite multiple emails, texts ,regarding the fact we were arriving via cruise ship etc. the driver had no idea we were arriving by tender from a cruise ship. I texted him multiple times advising of our arrival time, no response. He finally answered a phone call once we were ashore. After finally making contact and getting on the tour truck, he was grumpy and not very friendly. The tour was ok, however after being dropped off at Trunk Bay, we were told where to meet and at what time. We were where we supposed to be, however he was somewhere else. Had it not been for the insistance of two other tour folks who knew we weren’t on the truck, he was going to leave us. No apologies, nothing. Needless to say, we didn’t tip him. Do not recommend this. We would have been better off just going ashore and arranging with a local on the pier.

Do it yourself?! - You can take a nine dollar cab ride that has about 10 other people up to trunk day and then pay $10 to get in as entrance and save $150. It cost us $25 to park for four hours. You can get right out of the taxi or if you have a car you just park pretty much extreme rip off.

Worst tour ever. Did Viator trips this year. New Zealand, Australia, Alaska. All great. Awful guide, said we owed $70 ca - Paid Viator $81.80, guide wanted $70 cash more. Guide very rude, other 11 passengers thought bad tour!
Tried asking guide questions, would not answer.

Not happy - We were super excited for this particular tour off of our cruise ship. We were at the designated pick up time and location, but our driver was not there. We were left high and dry, and missed our tour altogether. Be mindful, who you book with and do your research. I contacted the company on my return home, but they refused to refund.
