It was a fun tour and a great experience.
The guide was great and very knowledgeable. Learned a ton about the brewing process which was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this tour to others.
Our tour guide, John, was phenomenal. I came with residents from Aspen Ridge Memory Care. John rolled with the punches of dementia, was very patient, and gave a perfectly informative tour. I am sure that this tour would have been great with any tour guide, but John really does deserve credit for what an excellent job he did. Our residents love the tour, the beer, and the building itself. Thank you so much!
Wonderful staff, great environment, indoors and out, and learned from the tour. The beers were all great (except the lager, but I don't like any lagers). We went to 6 breweries over the past 2 days and this is in my top 2! Thanks!
Excellent beer, food, and people. The knowledgeable tour and beer tasting were top notch. Looking forward to the next visit!
Small group, great atmosphere, learned a lot, fun!
John was informative specifically about Crux and some of what makes Crux unique. Didn't waste time about general beer making process that we already know. Really enjoyed sampling the different malts.
We loved the guy who gave us our tour! He seemed like he really loved explaining the whole process. The beer was very unique and delicious. We would highly recommend Crux to anyone who loves beer...and the Rueben was damn good too.
Our guide (Zach) was not only knowledgeable but fun and comfortable to talk with. His enthusiasm really made for a great experience. It was also great to be able to chat with a couple of the brewers and see production in process. This was our first experience drinking Crux beer and we will be back! Well done! Ps. We didn't expect a no charge tasting AND tour, thanks for that!
John was great! He was a nice guy, super knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of our silly questions! You can tell he is passionate about the company and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. I'd definitely recommend to a friend!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and excellent. We all very much enjoyed getting to know crux: the history, the makings and especially the tastings. Everything we tasted was exceptional.
The tour itself was terrific. We really enjoyed it. But, their was a great deal of confusion upon our arrival. We checked in with the bartender, but were told they did not have any tours on this day. I showed them an email confirming the tour on 12/29 @ 3:30. They were really nice and said they would do the tour, but to hang out for about 40 minutes and gave us a free beer. All very nice, just the disorganization was a bit odd and that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
One of the best brewery tours that I've been on, and I've been many, many brewery tours! Awesome service as well!
We enjoyed the tour and John or guide was vey knowledge and engaging. I look forward to recommending it to friends in the future. Really made us feel connected to the brews.
Crux Fermentation Project did an excellent job of making me, and my boyfriends father feel special. We were the only two on the brewery tour and the guide did an outstanding job with his explanation. The entire tour was both fun and entertaining. We tasted different hops, learned details about the production, and sipped on delicious beer the entire time. This is my first time participating in a brewery tour in Oregon (I'm from San Antonio, Texas), and I'm glad we chose Crux Fermentation Project!! The atmosphere was welcoming, and we will be back again. Cheers!
Tour guide was friendly and we love your beer
Great place to enjoy an afternoon and have an exceptional beer.
Had a great time, and learned tons! So glad you're doing these tours now!
Greyson was very knowledgeable and passionate about everything to do with Crux and craft beers. It was amazing to see how even little changing the barley or hops can radically change the flavor.
Our tour guide was informative and tailored his tour to the audience. As we ere experienced with beer he spent more time looking at and discussing the finer points.
This was the best tour of a brewery that we have ever been on. It was educational and fun. We learned so much about beer and brewing in general but also learned a lot about Crux. The transparency of the tour was what impressed us the most. I would highly recommend this tour.
Loved the tour! You were very busy, but took the time to give us a great tour without feeling rushed. Some of us were under-age or not even beer drinkers, but you made us feel welcome and we learned a great deal. Thanks so much for the tour and the hospitality.
Awesome informative brewery tour. One of the best we've been on!
Awesome tour, very informative. Providing periodic tastings throughout the tour really helped in understanding the beer styles and tastes the hops, malts, grains and yeasts provide.
Thanks so much for offering tours! Our tour guide was extremely kind and knowledgeable! I loved being able to drink during the tour and see all around the space
The brewery tour at Crux is amazing! The best brewery tour I've been on! Our guide was great - very knowledgeable and fun! Sampling the barley and with and without the beer tasting was cool! Gave me a new prespective on barley! Malt is still the middle child! I highly recommend this tour!
It was the best brewery tour we have attended so far. Everyone we met with were very hospitable from the moment we walked in. What stood out for this tour was that we happened to be the only ones attending that day (kinda feel bad about it). Yet, Drason was professional and was very passionate and detailed in explaining the Crux Fermentation brand, the key ingredients of beer brewing at Crux, as well as taking us through the important stages of your craft beer brewing process. He was also very patient in answering every question, generous in offering samples, and explaining the beers that we tasted. What we hope to see more in brewery tours would be the brewing process actually taking place, although we can see that this might interfere with quality control issues. Thank you for a very educational experience !
Very informative and personal. We really enjoyed learning more about the history of Crux, the brewing process and the different varieties of beer. Great tour for locals and tourists alike.
