- Plitvice Lakes National Park - As one of Croatia’s oldest and largest national parks, Plitvice Lakes National Park was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979. Upon arrival at the entrance, the guide will collect the tickets, and the sightseeing tour will commence. The initial segment of the trail, lasting approximately two hours, leads from the entrance to the largest waterfall, known as ‘Veliki slap’. Following this, proceed to Lake Kozjak for a 45-minute break. During this time, enjoy a boat ride across Lake Kozjak, traveling from the lower lakes to the upper lakes.
Upon reaching the opposite side of Lake Kozjak, the journey continues on foot to the location where an electric train awaits. This train will transport visitors from the endpoint to the park’s exit. Departure from Plitvice is scheduled for around 3pm, with an expected return to Zadar by approximately 5pm.
