Fabulous Tour & Guide - This was an excellent tour from start to finish lasting about 3-4hrs. Both Mia & Sanja were friendly, knowledgeable and fun tour guides. Be prepared for fast paced walking (snapping pics on the go but there are a few times when you stop for a few mins to take pics) and uphill and downhill steps. This is understandable as if not the tour would take all day. Wear sensible shoes and have layers of clothes in case of changeable weather. You can leave stuff on the coach if not needed but better to have than not. There is a quick toilet break to and from, the one on the way bring slightly longer in order for you to grab breakfast if your hotel doesn’t provide breakfast bag as it is an early start.

Excellent tour, great guide and amazing sights - Driver was safe on the drive to Plitvice. Tour guide, Mia was excellent, lots of fun personal, good info re park, history of Croatia Also lovely rock and waterfall formation

Do this tour- Barry will make it well worth the trip. - Barry was a wonderful tour guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. He handled our large group of 20 with ease and kept everything well organized from start to finish.
Before entering the park, he clearly explained what to expect, and then guided us through the stunning waterfalls and lakes with confidence and enthusiasm. It was clear he has led many tours here and truly loves what he does.
He also provided engaging narration during the drive from Split to the park and back, always checking in to see if anyone had questions. Overall, he made the entire experience smooth, informative, and very enjoyable.

Beautiful day out and perfect tour of Plitvice NP - I had a fantastic day in Plitvice Lakes with a great tour guide Mia! She had great energy and a wealth of knowledge on the history and culture of Croatia, and gave us a great tour through the park, making sure that the group was OK at every step and that we would see all the highlights. Sugaman tours were very helpful and communicative ahead of the tour as well. Finally, the park is absolutely stunning! Beautiful sights and a great and well maintained national park to walk through. This is a must do tour for any visit to Croatia.

Stunning out of season guided tour of Plitvice - Best day out. We were so lucky with the weather, as the following day a heavy snow storm was expected. Mia (our guide) was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and really added to the experience. Would 100% recommend this tour to Plitvice. The Views are stunning and breathtaking. Having Mia as our guide really added to the experience.

A wonderful tour! - Mia gave a wonderful tour. She made sure to strike the balance between giving us time to take pictures at each place but also keep us moving in order to see all of the sights in time.

Bummer - Our local guide cancelled our tour 6 hours after the 24 hr deadline due to a blizzard at Plitvice National Park. They said to contact my vendor and they would approve my refund. I questioned many times the two days previous if the tour would take place but received no answers. Online Viator’s customer support offered no refund (I’m assuming due to being outside the 24 hr window) and it was impossible to find a phone number to talk with a human. Hopefully my Visa can work things out with Viator.
