First of all the friendly way that they treat you as soon as you walk in, and best of all our guide Ronny was excellent, very knowledgeable of the history of new Orleans,he will take you to places that you will not see unless you take this tour, and last but not least the electric bikes, they are fantastic first time ever use one of them and they are great, you don't need to be a excellent biker to keep up with the group,i will definitely recommend buzz nola bike tours and will used again if I return someday to nola, thank for a great time.

It was hard to hear all that the guide had to say. You may want to consider a portable microphone speaker (headsets for guests) system for the guide to carry so all can hear what is being said, especially to the back of the guide. As the guide has to lead, it is awkward for that person to turn in their seat (to project the voice back) while peddling forward to talk to the guests riding behind.

Excellent tour, very interesting with a very professional guide. Bikes are almost new and doing this visit with an electric bike is really amazing. Will do that again. Thanks
