Pancho Tour Operator Problematic - Horrible! Our tour left without us because no one at Pancho Tours ever sent them our reservations. Because of this we also were not allowed in with our tickets. We lost time and money.

Utterly disappointing. - The guide for this tour did not show up, and did not response to our messages. Viator customer service was friends but unable to help. Your payment system did not work. We were unable to book another tour, after spending 45 frustrating minutes on the phone with your customer representative. A truly awful experience.

Epic failure for the vendor - If I could, I would rate this as "0" stars. The tour operator never showed up and wouldn't answer the phone. The Mosque-Cathedral was the reason we came to Cordoba. Please do not let this review stop you from going to the Mosque-Cathedral, it is amazing. Just use another vendor with Viator.

Unprofessional company - Pancho Travels guide did not turn up. We had the address and waited for 45 mins. Very unprofessional and difficult to contact to get information

No show, and no email to apologies - I book this experience, I arrive on the point appointment 15 minutes early but not body show. I wait in total 40 minutes...I try to contact them but no reply...Probably they received just my booking and for this they decided to cancel without to send me any email.Very very bad
