A grateful cooking experience in nature - We had such a beautiful experience with the Chef Manuel! We coocked different typical food of Costa Rica, delicious.
Manu was really friendly and we had fun coocking with him and knowing some secrets from here. It was like coocking with family. I really recommend this course, you will be in contact with nature in an open space kitchen. We enjoyed so much, thank you Manu for everything and made a new friend 😊 Pura Vida!

Made the food we've been enjoying in Costa Rica - A great experience! Loved the location (on a small farm, off the beaten path near Nosara, a fun stop on our journey between Sámara and Playa Brasilito), the food, and most importantly, Manuel's enthusiasm. We showed up way too early but Manuel was the perfect host. Pura vida.

Great family activity! - Wonderful family oriented experience. They had a kid friendly knife to allow my youngest to participate! The food we made was delicious. And we ended our class / lunch with a walk to see a sloth.

Fun and yummy class - Fabulous and fun cooking experience! Manuel was fun and our empanadas, ceviche, plantain chips, yucca chips, and dip were delicious. Highly recommend. Our group was 7 people so we did not take the full 2 hours but left full and smiling.

The food was delicious and the land was very beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Nosara Costa Rica. - This was an incredible experience we made chicken empanadas had fresh guacamole, and made pico de gallo plus another dip. We also had rice and beans. The whole thing was absolutely delicious and the experience was phenomenal. There are 13 acres of beautiful land that we were even able to explore after we finished cooking and eating the delicious food. There are goats, fresh crops and lots to see on this beautiful property. Would 100% recommend!!!! We even saw a sloth in the woods!

Highly recommend! - We had a great time! My husband and I took the class. We’ve started doing this in every country we visit. We learned a lot about the Costa Rican cuisine and some local vocab. The outdoor kitchen is gorgeous and so fun to work from. We made a variety of dishes from ceviche to empanadas. They modified the recipes because someone in our party had dietary restrictions. So they are flexible and considerate. Julio and Steve were our instructors and were funny and patient with all our questions. I’d highly recommend!
