You will meet our representative at our meeting point who will introduce you to your driver/tour guide where you will board air-conditioned transportation for the short 25-minute drive from port of Coxen hole and 15 minutes’ drive from port of mahogany bay to the A Monkey’s and Sloth’s Sanctuary that will be the first stop. .
The fun doesn’t stop there, next, you drive a 25 minutes to west bay beach the must beautiful beach on the island crystal clear water white sand amazingly gorgeous .our last stop will be the colorful Roatan sing where you will have the opportunity to take beautiful family pictures .

You’ll then board a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for a brief 25-minute journey from the port of Coxen Hole, or a 15-minute drive from the port of Mahogany Bay, to the A Monkey’s and Sloth’s Sanctuary, which will be your first stop.
The excitement continues with a 25-minute drive to West Bay Beach, renowned for its stunning beauty, crystal-clear waters, and pristine white sand. The final stop will be the vibrant Roatan sign, where you’ll have the chance to capture beautiful family photos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our... - We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, our guide Almondo was waiting for us at the pick up point. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. We had a chance to stop and have pictures taken at the Roatan sign, Almondo gave us a guided tour en route to the monkey and sloth sanctuary. We loved the sanctuary, had our own guide who showed us around and gave us a detailed description 0f all the animals, we all loved the experience, would recommend 100%. We then proceeded to west bay beach where Almondo, took us to the beach and arranged for us to hire beds and then agreed a time to pick us up. I would thoroughly recommend MJ Tours, we loved Roatan and it was made all the more special by Almondo. Thank you we hope to return to Roatan one day.

Memorable Roatan Experience - We had an amazing day with MJ Tours, booked through Viator.
Our guide/driver for the day was Kayla—absolute perfection in terms of expertise, personality, courtesy & professionalism. We learned so much about life on Roatan.
The animal sanctuary was a hit, with Irwin as our guide. Up close & personal monkey & macaw experiences were fun. Also enjoyed being thisclose to adorable sloths.
Our beach time was spent at Bananarama Beach Club. Cheyenna took good care of us, arranging for beach chairs & facilitating our terrific lunch/drinks.
Kayla made sure to get us back to the ship with time to spare. It was a very good day on Roatan.

Monkeys, Beautiful Beaches & Amazing Memories - This was such a wonderful experience, especially with a 13-year-old daughter who absolutely loves animals! Interacting with the monkeys and birds was so much fun and definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
Afterward, we spent time at the beach, which was absolutely beautiful—the water was incredibly clear and it was the perfect way to finish the day.
What really made the experience special was how personalized it felt. Our tour guide, Dorien (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!), was amazing. We had such a great time with her and also learned so much along the way. She really took the time to make the experience fun, informative, and memorable for our family.
It was the perfect combination of animals, learning, sightseeing, and relaxing at the beach. We made some really special memories and would absolutely recommend this experience, especially for families traveling with kids who love animals!

An Awesome Excursion for an Awesome Price! - Our excursion guide and driver, Shona, was magnificent! She was very friendly and informative when it came to Roatan’s history and way of life on the island. The company we booked with is mainly all family members so they care a TON about their guests. The pick up process seemed a little confusing at first, but they send you detailed instructions on where the pick-up point will be so don’t fret if you have similar worries.
We started the trip at the sloth, monkey, and bird sanctuary and it was so fun! The workers there take excellent care of the animals and let you interact, but not “touch”, them as they sit on your head/shoulder so you’ll be able to get some awesome pictures.
Next up came the beach. The beach itself was BEAUTIFUL! The water crystal clear and refreshing. We hadn’t previously planned on any activities other than just chilling soaking up some sunshine, but there were many great activities you could book when you get there such as jet skis, scuba diving, snorkeling, and more. My wife and I went with snorkeling and it was a 10/10 experience. Saw so many cool fish, coral, and reef life.
When it came time to head back to the ship, Shona let us stop at a few local gift shops and points of interest to get some fun pictures. The drop off back at the cruise port was smooth and efficient.
If you’re cruising with Carnival and want to know how to spend your time on Roatan? Book this excursion. For what you pay, it’s an awesome deal and it allows you to see just a glimpse of what the island life has to offer. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip so far!

Awesome tour and great pricing - TJ and MJ are awesome they were super helpful and worked with us even with the time change we forgot to account for. They were super friendly and the tour was so fun. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to save money and do a fun excursion! They were way better priced than any excursion booked through the cruise line.

Fabulous personal experience - These people where very good to work with it turned out it was a private personal tour for just me and my wife was able to change some of the itinerary due to heavy rain Eric was a great tour guide and took us to a local restaurant for baleadas and they where delicious he was very friendly and extremely helpful I would definitely recommend them to everyone
