Some of the local specialties include baleadas, catrachas, Honduran tacos, pastelitos, machuca, and a variety of seafood dishes. If you have any allergies, please inform the chef.
Please note that food costs are not included in the price. The chef can accompany you for grocery shopping or handle it herself, with reimbursement for the items, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience local shopping practices.
