Hospitality Top Tier!!! - Our Tour Guide was Jordan JJ! We had an amazing time and would book again. My family and I really enjoyed all of the excursions including the animals and the semisubmarine. Most of all my mother who is elder and walks with a cane said she really felt included and that the hospitality and care was greatly appreciated. Thanks for creating a memorable experience that we will never forget!

Private minivan Island tour - We followed the directions on the reservation for 10am and were 45 minutes early, to our surprise Jacob was already waiting for us. We walked a few minutes to get registered before entering the animal sanctuary; it wasn’t very large but interactive and informative and like other places very expensive to buy the digital pictures, we made a few ourselves so didn’t buy any. From there he picked us up in the minivan to drive to several look-out points where vendors sold stuff, he asked what we wanted to see so he could customize our day trip. We stopped by a chocolate, rum and cigar factory and several other shops, some items were reasonably priced others had pushy vendors.
We ended up on West Bay to join others to go snorkelling, the beach had change rooms, bathrooms a bar restaurant etc total of 8 went out in a small boat in crystal clear water, we saw a lot of fish species, turtles, corrals etc
We asked to stop by West End Divers to say Hi, who we spent the day with on a previous trip, had the opportunity to buy lunch, drinks and whatever we wanted. We saw a good deal of the island, got all our questions answered and where back at the cruise port by 3:20 well before our all aboard at 4:30
Would definitely recommend him and book him again next time we are in Roatan Island

Wonderful private tour - Joel, our tour guide was excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure our entire group had the best time...from ages 5 years old to 70+. We look forward to bookibg our next adventure with Joel soon!

Anticlimactic Excursion - The driver was kind and polite, but he had no idea of what we had paid for or where he was supposed to take us. He took us to the zip-line park which was a fun experience with over seven different zip-lines to slide down. We then went to the rum factory then the chocolate factory. Both were a waste of time and just a come-on to buy their wares. By the end of this we were tired and not in the mood to snorkel.
Bottom line...don't waste your money on this excursion!
