Once your booking is confirmed and you arrive in Roatan at any of the ports, if you arrive at Coxen Hole Port, you will need to walk outside for about 5 minutes, exiting through gate 1. Then, right by the main road, look for our sign to meet us there. The sign reads ROATAN TRANSPORT.

If you arrive at Mahogany Bay Port, you will need to walk outside the port for about 15 minutes, where you will find us with our ROATAN TRANSPORT sign.

After we meet and confirm your booking, we will take you to where our buses or vans are ready, clean, and equipped with working air conditioning. We may wait a few minutes before departing for the beach.

You will board your shared transportation, which will take you directly to West Bay Beach, with free entry. West Bay is the most beautiful beach on the island, perfect for relaxing and engaging in activities like snorkeling.

When we drop you off at the beach, we will confirm the time you wish to be picked up to return to the port, ensuring it is at least two hours before your boarding time.

Later that day, we will be ready and waiting for you at the same spot where we dropped you off to bring you back to the port. On the return trip, we will be able to bring you inside the port, so no walking will be necessary.
