The reason I chose this rating was the poor quality lunch. I thought it was going to be a sit down meal brought to your table not "your lunch is ready, come and get it". The driver was nice and his driving was good. I think the company could provide a cooler with ice so cold water could be available. Also the step out of the van was awkward, a small step stool would be a good addition. It is the little things that go a long way. I have been on a wine tour before so maybe I am just comparing two different companies.

A few suggestions for our driver , first off to introduce himself to the group , and maybe to get the group to introduce themselves and a little about where they are from etc . Would have been nice to know peoples names off the bat . Next to be able to have a bit more free time to wander the winery , I found the unsworth video boring and would have preferred to walk the grounds as they were stunning.
