Immersive and Entertaining - This tour was so well done. Very entertaining and informative. My husband and I didn't want to do the dress up portion and Lars was fine with it, but wanted to make sure we still felt included by checking in with us frequently. He is an extra from the show which really made the experience even more fun. Thank you! I highly recommend this tour for any GOT fans.

The North - Wonderful to see the locations. Lar and Denis were a great team. I didn't find the walking bad at all.

Just great - It’s been just great overall. A must see for true GOT (plus a lot of facts outside of the GOT universe). Very entertaining and authentic tour guide

Amazing tour - Lars was fantastic and had amazing insight first hand insight. He was very clear on the what to expect and were we were going at all times. The walking pace is fast but well worth it for the amount of locations you will see. There was plenty of time to take pictures at key spots.

Epic GoT Tour with Incredible Guide! - The Winterfell Trek from Dublin is one of the most unique and memorable tours I’ve ever done. This tour takes you to three of the GoT S1 film locations in Northern Ireland. You’ll never be bored on the coach as the guide Lar is very enthusiastic and entertaining and has so much to share from his own experiences as a Wildling Chieftain (and also Whitewalker), as well as other behind-the-scenes facts. Lar also played the first two episodes from S1 so we could refresh our memory. Every passenger gets to wear a cloak throughout the tour and Lar makes sure that there are plenty of group photos at each location. There’s a lunch stop at Lobster Pot where you can drink from a horn mug like the ones in the series. You can even buy one too! My favourite part was when we were each given a replica weapon or banner to pose at Inch Abbey. We took turns to pretend we were one of the characters in GoT. Recommendation: wear comfortable and, if possibly, waterproof shoes. You’ll need it for the long trek in Tollymore Forest!

Amazing experience, great guides, beautiful scenery - Game of Thrones Tour, you are doing a fantastic job! Even after years of GoT had finished, interest in the series still exists. We were happy to experience both the tour through multiple filming locations and visit rare places in Northern Ireland, which are usually hard to reach. The tour guide Lar was an exciting host and expert about GOT - not only a fan but a show member. The insights about filming, history, and characters were informative and curious, and the presentation was truly exciting and enthusiastic. Thank you, Lar! And, of course, we'd like to say many thanks to Rob, who helped us to join the Dublin tour instead of abruptly cancelled (due to external conditions) Belfast's tour - it was not that easy for us to do it without his help. Thank you, Rob! The major part of the immersive experience was the props - cloaks and swords - which helped people enter the Winterfell atmosphere, even when it was sunny and warm in Ireland that day. You'll have opportunities to take great photos and enjoy beautiful forest scenery. Since the pace of the walks is not very fast, it should suit almost everybody. The pub (Lobster Pot) is worth visiting. So don't hesitate to book this tour, worth every stag and penny. The North remembers!

Very disappointed - The tour guide Lars treated this tour like an Olympic event. We were rushed to walk at high speeds not giving us time to take any photos, and when we did he would be gone with some quicker group members. We are hardly unfit people and had our 27 year old daughter with us and even she said it was ridiculous. The locations were beautiful, and yes it was a very rainy day but the speed he expected us to walk was just not enjoyable. Many were saying the same and he would just shame people for being slow. And the bus driver, was driving at incredible speeds to the point of bags falling from the top rails. The bus also leaked. Sorry but unless your ready to go at breakneck speed, not take time to enjoy the surroundings and just rush through, don't bother. Maybe another tour has a similar package you could explore.
