Great experience - The overall tour was quite nice, the guide and driver were super nice and always aware of our needs, it was a great experience. Although, the seats are a bit hard and vy the time going back to Berlin can get a little uncomfortable, other than that everything was amazing.

See more than Dublin when in Dublin - Had a great day with Elisa & Ana. Elisa really knew her stuff and kept us entertained with her stories of history and folklore, whilst Ana is a tiny burst of skill behind the wheel 👍 Would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to escape Dublin and spend some time in “the real Ireland”. A great day in the countryside - Loved our tour with Elisa and Anna. Elisa was very knowledgeable and had a very good approach to how she provided the information. Anna was amazing behind the wheel. The roads through Wicklow Mountains were tight and we crossed paths with some large vehicles. I wowed in amazement.

Perfect exploration outside of Dublin - Perfect combo of timing on bus and exploring the different stops. It was a great way to explore the countryside outside of Dublin but close enough that thx entire day wasn’t spent on a bus. Elisa very knowledgeable and fun!

Great to get out of Dublin - It was great to be driven around by Mark, we have rented and driven before in Ireland, and the coach was very calming and comfortable. Elisa was very knowledgeable and checked in with us often. There is time to eat, shop, take a short hike (2 miles total), visit a castle, or just wander around. I know it’s awkward, but do remember to tip - if you don’t have cash, there is a way to it electronically. And these two were very worth tipping!

Too much performance, not enough guiding - The tour itself was well organised, the scenery was beautiful, and the driver was great. Unfortunately, the guide Vinnie made the coach journey exhausting. He talked almost constantly, but I learned practically nothing from it. There were endless jokes, exaggerated French and Italian accents, random phrases, singing into the microphone, and repeated comments about how he was going to marry the female driver. He also kept asking passengers for tips on the way back to Dublin. It felt like having a clown performing on a coach rather than a professional guide providing interesting information about Ireland. There was a lot of noise, but very little substance. By the end of the journey, I was simply desperate for some silence.

Poor time management and communication skills in handling difficult situations. - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the places we visited. However, she was inexperienced in time management. We started our tour 10 15 min later than were supposed to and yet were subjected to strict rules around departure time as we were told no one will be waited for even for a minute and will be left there if they did not arrive on time. Yet during our Glendalougue trip, even though the guided tour was optional, the tour guide Elissa waited for some girls return from the toilet for ten minutes and ate away at our time. At the end, we had hard times trying to catch the bus even though we did not stall around did not stop for food or anything. Because after the guided tour we were given short time to cover the path that takes about 25 min each way. It was a traumatizing experience as we could catch the bus in the exact time it was about to take off, if we hadn't we were gonna be left there. And the tour guide saw our tiredness and stress and did not do anything to make it up to us. Instead she met us with still face and completely ignored While handing out the itinerary sheets to take a picture, she skipped us (me and my mother) contacting my sister shallowly only. She has good fluent explanation of touristic destinations but lacks time management skills and handling dissatisfaction of guests.
