100% yes - The driver was incredibly friendly and efficient. He timed everything perfect and even got time in to see a castle on a beautiful sunny day.

Great tour! - It should just be for Causeway and the Dark Henges. Belfast was not that great. But the other two made it great. It really is just a shuttle to the places. The driver of the bus was great and caring. Good experience but Belfast was not all that great unless you take a black cab tour which is an add on to the trip. Which I did.

EXCELLENT - We have been followed since before the trip with speed and efficiency. We were also provided with the booster seat for our little girl. Guide and driver were kind, nice and helpful. Our guide, Siobhan, gave us interesting details about the history of Ireland in general, the places we visited, as well as places we encountered during the trip. The stops and times were calculated in a careful way, so much so that our two girls (3 and 6 years) never had any kind of emergency. Siobhan also arranged lunch orders directly from the bus (for those who needed them), so when we arrived at the restaurant we didn't have to wait to be served. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Beautiful but not much... - Beautiful but not much time at the Giant Causeway. Later in Belfast our bus driver dropped us off in a bus parking lot and said “ just drop a pin on your Google map to find your way back to the bus”. We had to walk through road construction to make our way to the business district.

Great Tour, But Lunch Was a Rip-Off - An excellent tour — until they take you to lunch. You have to choose a dish at a specific restaurant, and they serve it to you at an outrageous price. On the menu, the soup costs £9.75 (and yes, I compared it with what was listed under starters and what we were served — there’s absolutely no difference), yet they charge you £14.50 for it. The food was awful, and it feels like you’re being scammed — just an excuse to make extra money off you. I could have easily ordered whatever I wanted directly from the menu myself. Give me extra this extra 45 min in Belfast and I’ll decide for myself where and what to eat. A terrible aftertaste to an otherwise great trip. The driver was excellent!

The bus driver was the... - The bus driver was the guide. We were let out of the bus and told to meet the bus in an hour and a half or so. There was no guidances. I tried four different seats on the bus and the seat belts did not work. In essence we just left the bus and told to go see things.

Asked for a refund - Ugh, what a miserable tour company. We really enjoyed visiting the three sites, but the in-between time was no fun. The mini bus was very cramped for a tall person. The driver was nice enough but was almost completely unintelligible due to the thick accent. He dropped us off and gave very vague directions on how to get to the causeway. Vegetation obscures any view for hours, so bring something to do. We took a Wild Rover tour the next day and it was worlds better.
