You Must See the Causeway! - Our driver was excellent. He is a good storyteller, and we liked his many comments about where we were, etc. However- the bus trip was much too long as we left Dublin, but had to pick up more folks in Belfast. Our trip then included seeing a castle, the Giant's Causeway, and also time in Belfast. Bus ride went from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.- too long.

Good - Good tour we were rushed at a couple of the stops. But on the other hand our guide took us to a couple of places that were not on the itinerary and they were beautiful so I’ll take that trade off any day!

Excellent tour! Knowledgeable, funny driver, stunning views, Giant’s Causeway, great value and well organised. - Excellent tour and great value for money! Gary, our coach driver, was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The half-day tour departed from the Europa Hotel in Belfast at 1pm. We stopped at a beautiful viewpoint on the way, spent time at the Giant’s Causeway, and had another photo opportunity on the return journey. We arrived back at the Europa Hotel between 5:30pm and 6pm. The coach was comfortable, the atmosphere was friendly, and everything was very well organised. Gary was a genuinely lovely driver who shared lots of interesting information throughout the trip, and I learned so much. An excellent experience for such a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Spectacular Views! - Ok- If you are going to take this tour, listen up. First, it is a long day for sure and you had better eat some breakfast before you get in that bus. Second- Wear the most comfortable shoes you have….. don’t go for looking good here. Last…. commit to the walk to see the Causeway. Take the RED trail and start at the TOP to go DOWN the steps ( I REPEAT, GO DOWN THE STEPS). You get about 90 min for the stop, and the loop will take all of that time. This is a fantastic tour!

Too fast driver - The tour was well organized and the stops were interesting. However, I felt that the time at each location was too short, making it difficult to fully enjoy and explore the places we visited. Additionally, Patrick, the driver, was driving very fast at times, which made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about safety during parts of the journey. We also seemed to leave some locations quite quickly and arrived back in Dublin much earlier than expected, so I felt there could have been more time to enjoy the attractions. Overall, it was a good tour, but a slower pace and more time at each stop would have made the experience much better.

Zero professionalism. - Unfortunately, my experience during the Giant’s Causeway tour on June 1, 2026, was very disappointing. The most serious issue was the behavior of the guide/driver Dominic, whom I found often unprofessional and at times intimidating. During the tour, an elderly passenger of Korean descent, who arrived at the meeting point about a minute late, was put in obvious embarrassment and pushed to sing in front of the entire group as a form of "penance." Despite having expressed her discomfort multiple times, the situation continued even outside the bus with tones that I found inappropriate. When I intervened to defend the passenger, the guide's reaction was aggressive and intimidating. The experience on board was also not the best. Several passengers politely requested multiple times to lower the microphone volume and reduce the frequency of announcements, especially in the early morning hours. Although it was promised that the requests would be taken into consideration, the situation remained essentially unchanged. Additionally, there is a problem related to the itinerary. The stop at the Dark Hedges, clearly included in the purchased package, was eliminated without a satisfactory explanation. Speaking with passengers from another bus of the same company that was conducting the same tour, I discovered that they did make this stop as scheduled. The most surprising thing is that, despite the cancellation of one of the planned attractions, the time dedicated to visiting Belfast was only 35 minutes, which is definitely insufficient to appreciate the city.
