Join a guided tour to explore a beautiful olive grove situated at the entrance of Cotignac. This 2-hectare plot features 150 century-old olive trees, offering a unique opportunity to learn about the fascinating journey of olives.

Located in “Aubignagne,” less than a kilometer from the village, visitors will be immersed in the Provencal terroir of Cotignac. The area is sheltered by the impressive tuff rock that overlooks the village. Over the course of two hours, participants will uncover the secrets of the olive tree.

The tour covers the entire journey of the olive, including tree cultivation, pruning techniques, grafting, various olive varieties, the four seasons of the olive tree, and the processes of harvesting, crushing, and producing different oils at the mill.

The experience concludes with an olive oil tasting workshop at the shop, where the art of blending is revealed.
