Enjoy nature and wildlife - A wonderful experience!! Johan passed by us to the hotel, it is very friendly, throughout the tour was very respectful, helpful, information about the whole tour, and more places to know......we will return to another tour and ask the same tour guide (Johan).... Super recommended.... We were surprised by so much nature and the experience of having a sloth nearby and being able to appreciate the beauty of the fauna.... Plus the beautiful waterfall and the crystal clear water

Turquoise water! - Worth the drive. Worth the 300+ steps down - and back up! The steps are solid, with a good handrail on both sides. There is a :30 minutes trail walk to the beginning of the stairs. Other trail options if you want more.

Awesome excursion - We learned so much about the fun and important facts of Costa Rica from our talented and dedicated guide Esteban. This excursion was well organized. It started with a coffee and chocolate tasting/learning about the process of their making. Followed by viewing of sloths, hiking in the rainforest, seeing tarantulas, venomous snakes, a gorgeous waterfall…These were some of the highlights of the day. I would highly recommend this excursion. We had a fun day.

Worth it and uniquely Costa Rica - Overall we liked the tour We were lucky it turned out to be a private tour and weather was great (no rain) The colour of the water of Rio Celeste didnt disappoint and the sloth tour was awesome, we saw sloths, taucans, butterflies, snake, frogs 😊

Great tour - The trip was worth it! Our tour guide took us to a few good restaurants and explained everything to us. The waterfall was amazing , though the stairs were hard. The sloth tour was great and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Get to knowthe nature of Cost Rica - We didn't know anything about Rio Celeste. We booked it because something else was canceled. Compared to the more famous places, we didn't expect much. But the walk in the rain forest, the little animals that we saw, the beautiful vegetation, and finally, the amazing waterfall at the bottom, were unexpectedly beautiful. And the sloth forest was fascinating, with a guide that showed us, in addition to the sloths, so many animals, including a fight between a beautifully colored Motmot and a Thrush over food. All this was narrated by Luis Molina, who very casually, while joking with us, found every animal and bird, shared with us the connection to nature that is part of the culture of Costa Rica, and little stories to enhance our experience.

Rio Celeste National Park and Sloth Rainforest - Wonderful trip that is absolutely worth it! It was nice to pair cultural experiences with outdoor activities. Esteban, our guide for the tour, was friendly and knowledge and added value to the trip. I would certainly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
