Costa Rica sloth, chocolate and coffee tour. - Carlos and Orlando were excellent tour guides and took great care of us. We saw and learned about sloths and many other jungle creatures. We also had a coffee and chocolate tour and tastings plus swimming by waterfalls. It was a wonderful day with very attentive guides.

Loved!!! - Our guide Gustavo was amazing! He was prompt for pick up at the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and made stops for photo ops and a fruit stand when time allowed. He was kind and funny and made sure we had a good time. We saw a family of Tapirs, a Three Toed Sloth, an Eye-lashed Pit Viper, the most beautiful Red Eyed Tree Frog, as well as many beautiful birds and flora/fauna. The authentic Costa Rican lunch was amazing. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience - This was an amazing experience! Our guide, Gustavo, has a university degree in ecology. Very knowledgeable, and we checked off almost every animal on our wish list! Tapir, Sloths, Tree Frogs... Awesome service and super friendly people along the way. Highly recommended!

Perfect day in CR - This was a perfect day exploring the rainforest. We were a group of 4, ranging from ages 2 to 65. We were picked up promptly and taken to a nice breakfast. We then headed to Parque Nacional Volcan Tenerio about 2 hours away. The van was new and clean. The hike was good. The guide was very patient with us, taking lots of breaks for my senior mom. Once we made it to the waterfall, it was very beautiful. We took some photos and headed back. Once we exited the park, we stopped at a local fruit stand for snacks. We then went to the sloth watching part of the tour. We saw about 5 sloths, including a baby hanging out by the water. We also saw some snakes, frogs, and lots of beautiful plant life. We had a deliciois lunch and stopped at a souvenir shop before being dropped back off at our hotel room. I highly recommend!

Just book it!! - It was beautiful! Our guide was fabulous. We were taken to a local spot for breakfast, hiked in the rain forest down to the waterfall, off to the sloth sanctuary where we saw sloths, frogs, birds with a guide that was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Stopped at a local place for lunch. Highly recommend. We had the best time! Of note, we ranged in age from 19-64 and we all survived!

Priceless experience in Costa Rica - This tour was worth the cost. Full day trip to the National park with hike to Rio Celeste waterfall to witness its stunning beauty. We then had lunch at an authentic and nice restaurant with great food and service, followed by a wildlife walk on their grounds where we saw howling monkeys, toucans and sloths. The final stop was for a cacao and coffee tour which was also fantastic. Definitely recommend this experience with Nexus Tours.

Hike, sloths, and more! - This tour was so much fun and our guide Alonzo was so knowledgeable! The views were beautiful and breathtaking. Alonzo really made the hike memorable by pointing out all the wildlife. The sloth sanctuary was amazing and we were able to see so many animals! 10/10 would do again!

Blue Color - Great day the river is to cleeear , Lovely and beautiful sloth and tour special for kids my son see a tucan your preferred bird. Jungle life is nature place

Great tour, lackluster experience with provider - Our experience with the tour company itself wasn’t a pleasant one. The day before I reached out to them multiple times to get the details around the meet up time, location, and driver. Never heard a thing. I ended up calling at 7 pm that night to get the details. The day of our tour, they had not provided security with the drivers details, so even with us staying onsite they wouldn’t let him in. The tour company’s solution was for me to work with the driver and security to get him through. We ended up losing an hour of our day because of this. Enrique our driver/guide was fantastic. Our day with him more than made up for the troubles on the front end. The tour itself was great, but my interaction with Aye tours was not.

Tour cancelled - No notice given. - Tour was cancelled. We or Viator were not notified. Ruined a day of our Costa Rica trip. Do appreciate Viator determining why tour was cancelled and arranging our tour refund.
