As you drift along the river, you’ll be enveloped by Costa Rica’s vibrant rainforest, with excellent chances to see toucans, sloths, frogs, and other native wildlife. Please be aware that the tubing does not occur at the Blue Waterfalls or within the national park; instead, we travel about 15–20 minutes to Katira, where the tubing adventure begins outside the park. While the rainy season in August and September can be challenging, the rest of the year provides perfect conditions. Booking early is recommended to ensure an unforgettable Blue River tubing experience.
