A great start to our holiday! - Excellent service & “Vilma” was a most helpful, professional driver. He made it an extremely pleasant experience. After a very long day of travel our driver was there waiting for us which made the start of our vacation stress free. Ride from LIR to Villas Sol - Jacob was amazing! He gave us a great ride to our resort. When we stepped out of the terminal, he was there with a sign with my name. First class treatment and a cool comfortable ride. His disposition was very kind and happy.

I paid round trip but only got half of what I paid for: trying to figure who is to blame - The Good of this review: the car was there and waited. Jacob the driver was pleasant, knowledgable, and got us to our hotel. The issue I had is when I booked with the company I paid $147 for round trip service. However, when I called the night before to the company, I was told that thy had no record of me paying round trip. I was told to check with trip advisor because sometimes TripAdvisor contracts with another tour company. Finding customer service support from TripAdvisor has been hard. I hope this helps.
