Friendly efficient service - This company provided transportation to and from the airport and resort for a large group of people attending a wedding. They were so helpful and courteous. We were very pleased with the service.

Best Experience I have ever had in CR - Huge shout out to Guanacaste Shuttle and Adrian specifically. We had a wedding with 70 guests, all arriving on different days and times. We had 24 different transports with them, they were friendly, always there early and so easy to communicate with. Adrian worked with us and helped get everything set, made last-minute changes and provided us with world-class service!! I can't say enough wonderful things about them and Adrian!! They took the stress out of this for us!! I highly recommend.

Excellent Service and Clean Newer Van - One thing I can say is Guanacaste Shuttle transfer did not disappoint me booking less than 48hours before my flight. I had an issue with another transfer service which their customer service was unacceptable and I cancel the booking. I contacted Guanacaste Shuttle and Adrian responded in a timely manner and our Driver Clever was great. Highly recommend Guanacaste Shuttle Service. I will use them again on my second time visiting Costa Rica.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing! - We had a 10 am transfer to the airport. By 945, and maybe even earlier, the driver was out there waiting for us. Our bags were stowed away, and we were off. The driver was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even provided a mini information session about Costa Rica. The van was immaculate. Clean and very comfortable. My wife and I wished the ride to the airport was longer because of how relaxed we were. Once at the airport, he removed our luggage and directed us as to where to go. I'm upset I didn't book them when we first landed in Costa Rica. But now I know and I'll only use them! Great service!

Best of the Best. Cannot Recommend Him Enough! One of the best people I have EVER met! - Adrian was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, his service was top-tier. The cars were beautiful—super clean, modern, and felt brand new. Every single driver we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Adrian personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. When my girlfriend decided she wanted to head to the airport earlier, he didn’t hesitate to adjust the schedule. Even when he arrived, he patiently waited for me to wrap up a work call without a single complaint. Total class act. What really stood out, though, was the genuine connection he made with us. He spent the whole ride chatting with us, sharing stories about living there, his experiences, and answering all of our questions. It didn’t feel like just a ride—it felt like spending time with a friend who actually cared. I’m 100% going to make sure every person I know uses Adrian, and only Adrian. He’s just that good.

Highly recommend! Very safe and efficient! - Guanacaste shuttle service was an amazing experience for my wife and I. We booked round trip transportation to our hotel and it could not have gone any better. Communication was absolutely amazing, emailing us several days before the trip to confirm all our details. Our flight was slightly delayed arriving into LIR airport and they had no issue with waiting for our arrival. They were made aware and emailed us that they would be patiently waiting outside. Our driver was so kind and spoke great English. He had our names on a sign and was easy to find. He pointed out sites on our way to the hotel as we enjoyed our night refreshing beer in the back. We would highly recommend this company and plan on using them every time we come to Costa Rica.
