Great vibes and beautiful view. - The catamaran was spacious and clean, and the crew kept the energy up without being over the top. Snorkeling was a highlight — the water was calm and visibility was excellent. The open bar definitely added to the festive atmosphere, but it never felt chaotic. Lunch was served at a beach club and had a nice variety of food. We also appreciated having some free time on Isla Mujeres to walk around and take photos. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

This experience was amazing - This was an amazing experience. We had a lot of fun. We had lots of drinks available to us on the boat. We went snorkeling in the middle of the ocean. They were very supportive and gave lots of information. Would 100% recommend

Great vibes, great crew, great experience - This tour was one of the best parts of our trip! The crew kept the energy up without being overwhelming, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do. The snorkeling was well organized and suitable for beginners they provided clear instructions and good equipment. The open bar was definitely a bonus and the atmosphere on the catamaran felt like a mini celebration. Lunch on Isla Mujeres was fresh and plentiful, and we appreciated having time to walk around the island afterward. It felt safe, well-run, and worth every penny.

Sun, snorkel and Ice - This tour was such a fun day. From the beginning, the service was honestly excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy, like you could just relax and enjoy without worrying about the details. The whole experience had a great vibe, with beautiful views and plenty of moments to just have a good time. The snorkeling was a great part of it too, a chance to get in the water, see some marine life, and just enjoy being out at sea. We also took a quick dip at Playa Norte, and that water was unreal, super clear and refreshing. The Ice Bar was the fun twist of the day. You go from being out in the sun and on the water to walking into a freezing cold place with a totally different atmosphere, perfect for laughing and doing something out of the ordinary. If you want a snorkel tour that’s actually worth it and an extra that makes the day feel special, this is a great choice.🥰

We enjoyed this!!! - The catamaran tour in Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the moment we boarded, the crew was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome. The open bar was a great bonus, with plenty of drinks available throughout the trip, and the buffet was fresh, tasty, and well organized. The music, the views of the turquoise water, and the relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect day on the ocean. Everything was smooth and well planned. This tour is a must-do in Cancun, and I would definitely book it again!

When inhonesty ruins a good tour - While the overall tour experience was good, something happened that completely broke the experience for me and left me deeply disappointed. I felt cheated, even ripped off, by the guides, particularly in relation to the additional services they offer on the island. The information they provide is not transparent or accurate. Specifically, while we were still on the boat, we were told that the golf cart service on the island was completely overcrowded and that it was best to book it with them. They offered us the service for $80 for an hour, ensuring they would take care of everything. Trusting your recommendation, I decided to buy it directly from them. However, upon arrival on the island, the situation was completely different. It was not full, there were hundreds of options available and the normal price was $50 for two hours!!, not $80 for one hour as we had been told. The difference is no smaller and unacceptable. This made me feel completely disappointed. Trust was broken, both with the guides and with the company. And to top it off, they request a tip after delivering a service that lacks transparency and honesty. For me, trust is everything. And I find this type of practice absolutely unacceptable to a company that aims to offer a quality service.

Felt short again - It was supposed to be a snorkeling tour. I specifically asked them twice about water conditions and they told that it will be fine. We will do the snorkeling on our way back, it never happened. The drinks were water down with some type of hi-c juice, the buffet was ok. No apologies were given, I paid for a snorkel activity not a ride to Isla Mujeres.

No Show!!! - We had this booked with ref number. Was emailed that they would pick us up at our hotel at 11:10 for the 12 tour. We were there waiting in the lobby by 11. At 12:15 the lobby manager called all the numbers we had provided to us. Got a hold of trip advisor who advised they would try to get to bottom of issue. Finally got an email saying they are investigating to see about a refund BUT company has not admitted to wrong doing. WHAT!!!! They didn’t pick us up and we spent our time(on our short vacation) , waiting for nothing!!!!

Awful - Hands down the worst tour I have ever been on. Please avoid this- waste of my vacation day. Your was delayed by 2 hours- driver late. Snorkeling cancelled. Would not refund or reschedule- open bar absolutely a lie. Beer from a 40 bottle and soda. Buffet- terrible hotdogs and cheese nachos. The beach was something out of a horror movie- trash everywhere- broken chairs. Then they took us to a nice beach with nothing included- took us to a jewelry store for free bathrooms. Don’t take this tour!!!!!!

Awful - don’t waste your money - The tour was postponed 2 hours then our driver was late. The snorkeling - reason we went was cancel due to weather. The lunch on the beach was hotdogs inside a trash hut. The beach was terrible and only a few feet long. Open bar was no where to be found. The drinks were soda and beer- then the took us to a jewelry store on the other end of the island. Beach there was nice but nothing included and two hours no 4 there. Asked for a refund before boarding when we found out snorkeling cancelled and they wouldn’t answer me- the “boss” just kept grunting at me. Save your money- was also charged an extra person port fee- terrible was of vacation day- stay far away!!!!!
