Good vibes and drinks - I went with my family and had a great time. The ride was pleasant, the snorkeling was fun and everything felt well organized. One thing we really liked was that the drinks never stopped, the crew kept checking on us the whole time.

Great experience, recommended - From the moment you climb you know the idea is to have a good time: music, drinks and an amazing view. The staff is always attentive and attentive to what is needed. The experience feels very complete.
We also really liked the snorkel because they explain it quickly and accompany you, so you enjoy it without worrying. If you are looking for a tour with good atmosphere, fun and well attended this is a great option.

Best experience - Mosquito and his crew were excellent! So funny and entertaining the entire time! This excursion was fun, exciting, boozy and just an all around good time! I would definitely do this again.

Best excursion for Spring Breakers - This trip was well worth our money and I would highly recommend, especially for spring breakers. The customer service was excellent. Drinks were not super strong but definitely bottomless. Snorkeling was very fun, but pretty quick and I would definitely recommend being a strong swimmer (but even if you’re not, the rest of the tour is still worth it). The buffet had options for everyone and there was plenty of time to explore Isla Mujeres. Overall, the trip was so good we were considering booking it again the next day.

Except for the cheap tequila drinks on board which was meant to get everyone drunk rather than enjoy the cruise - The catamaran was ok. But the snorkeling to see the reef was rushed and not quite organized as I had expected. The lunch stop was also below par the menu was limited and not much choice in terms of seafood. And dropping us off at the venue for gifts was of no value as it was all too commercial and a waste of time. Would have preferred to be dropped off at the North Beach which was a better place for swimming. Overall not worth the money spent !

Poor care - We tried to contact the number that comes referenced to agree where to see us and who to address and they never answered us anymore which we did not go to the activity

Horrible - First please note when you arrive at dock you'll need to pay an additional $50 US dollars for each person . The woman collecting the money was not nice Don't take Amex and had no patience seeing that us banks will fraud your purchase for verification . She needs to be replaced or retrained ASAP . You spend about $140 per person on this trip and they take you places that want you to spend more money . Everyone wants a tip too ! $140 per person tip is included ! You get picked up and have to pick up others , you get dropped off and have to drop off others , you spend 4hrs in a car . Not worth the time or the money .

Terrible - Was the worst excursion we ever had. Was told we could snorkel paid our price got there. Was then told we could not snorkel because of our age. Would have been nice to know that before we booked it and we would’ve booked something else.

my schedule 12 o’clock in the meeting point in cancun , Quintana Roo, Mexico, i was at 10 o’clock let taxi driver get th - my schedule 12 o’clock in the meeting point in cancun , Quintana Roo, Mexico, i was at 10 o’clock let taxi driver get there, there is not place like meeting point. even the name was wrong, i suggest your company send people to check the meeting point, so, you can experience how bad it is! i feel so sad, i pay taxi 30 us$ , but got nothing, and have to back my hotel, the time was running out, can not get port on time. so, i did not go, i wish your company can refund my money!
