As this is a roundtrip service, please provide your return date and time after booking. The pickup points in Jiuzhaigou are located on the opposite side of the road from the drop-off points. This direct shuttle bus is a tourist chartered service. Tickets must be purchased for infants and children. After purchasing tickets, please ensure your reserved phone number or email is accessible so the driver and itinerary manager can contact you in advance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. If the expressway is closed due to road icing, blizzards, or other force majeure events, resulting in vehicle suspension, we will refund the seat fee but will not assume other responsibilities.

When carpooling, the vehicle will depart only once all passengers have arrived, which may cause a deviation from your reserved departure time.
