• Newquay Activity Centre - Do you want an off-the-beaten-track adventure? Our Adventure Gully Coasteer is an exclusive secret, pioneered by our instructors just minutes from Towan Beach.

Prepare to be confronted by an awesome cave, packed with natural features for exploration. Alongside taxing yet fun traverses (horizontal climbing), you’ll negotiate epic jumps into our famous crystal-clear deep-water gully.

You’ll learn a whole range of super cool skills including wild swimming, technical traversing, and how to safely swim, climb and clamber through sea caves. You’ll also learn how to negotiate sluices, natural rapids, and big gully wash troughs. Along the way, you will meet and greet a variety of marine life that our trained and animated team of instructors will be excited to teach you about.

Our skilled trainers have extensively searched to discover this concealed treasure, forging a thrilling coasteering path where all activities take place within a singular, exceptional secret cove in Cornwall. At one moment, you’ll be climbing up via a crevice in the rock identified as Smeagol’s Perch, then jumping into its glittering azure plunge pool.

This is our unique ‘off-the-beaten-track’ undisclosed location, hence you won’t encounter any other coasteering units in the area, only abundant native fauna and even some sociable seals!
