Setting Sail on the Koryfo

The sun was just beginning to rise over the Ionian Sea as I made my way to the dock in Corfu. The air was crisp, and the promise of a day filled with adventure hung in the air. Next, we ventured to the secluded Erimitis, a hidden gem accessible only by boat. The two-hour stop allowed ample time to explore the lush surroundings and take in the breathtaking views. I couldn’t resist the urge to climb the hillside, and the panoramic vista from the top was well worth the effort. The descent was equally exhilarating, as I opted to swim back to the boat, savoring the freedom of the open water.

A Feast for the Senses

As the sun reached its zenith, we arrived at Agios Stefanos Beach, our final stop. The crew prepared a sumptuous BBQ feast, featuring grilled souvlaki and pita that rivaled any meal I’ve had in the Caribbean. The flavors were a delightful fusion of tradition and freshness, and the open bar ensured our glasses were never empty.
