The Corfu Museum of Asian Art, established in 1928 as the Museum of Sino-Japanese Art, originated from Gregorios Manos’ donation of his Sino-Japanese collection to the Greek state. Over the years, the Museum has attracted numerous other donations, and its collection now includes around 15,000 pieces of Asian art from private collections and individual contributions.
