For airport pick-ups, all flights are monitored in real-time to guarantee prompt service, regardless of whether your flight arrives early or is delayed. You will receive your driver’s name and contact number within 12 hours before pick-up. The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall 60 minutes after your flight lands, holding a name board for easy identification. It is crucial to contact the driver within one hour of landing to confirm your presence. If you are delayed at passport control or baggage claim, please inform the driver to prevent any confusion. The driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra charge. If no contact is made within 90 minutes, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.

For Central Copenhagen pick-ups, please be ready at the specified time and address. If you are being collected from a hotel, public place, or large venue, contact your driver directly using the number provided to coordinate the meeting point if necessary. Should you encounter any issues at any point, our office team is available to assist promptly.
