You’ll receive a helmet, radio, sign a waiver of liability, and get individual training from your guide on our spacious and quiet training course. Practice until you’re comfortable. We begin in a car-free zone, ensuring a safe start to your tour.
• Peace Statue Angel of Langelinie - This war memorial for fallen soldiers is a sight on our way to The Little Mermaid.
• The Little Mermaid - One of the first stops on the route, perfect for a photo with this iconic statue.
• Royal Pavilions - Visit where the Queen of Denmark boards her Royal Yacht at the Royal Pavilions and hear tales of the old naval base across the water. It’s a story with a bang!
• Holmen - As we cruise along the water, enjoy the maritime monuments on the opposite side. Your guide will share fun and interesting stories via our radio system without stopping - that’s the beauty of our tours: more Segway Cruising!
• Seaside Toldboden - Cruise through Copenhagen’s old customs area where merchant ships once docked.
• The Royal Cast Collection - Located in the West Indies warehouse, hear Denmark’s colonial stories and admire two magnificent statues flanking the warehouse.
• Royal Danish Theatre Play House - Upon reaching the Royal Play House, you’ll have cruised through a no-traffic zone while seeing iconic sights on Holmen. At the Royal Playhouse, explore Ofelia Square and capture a photo with the impressive Danish Opera House in the background.
• Ofelia Plads - Ofelia Square is a recreational area in Copenhagen. We’ll stop for photos with the beautiful Royal Opera House backdrop. Discover the origin of the name.
• Copenhagen Opera House - One of the world’s most expensive opera houses, it’s a perfect photo stop. Note that we won’t cross the water to access the Opera House.
• Copenhagen King’s Square - Kongens Nytorv (King’s Square) is the central point in Copenhagen.
• Nyhavn - Learn the fascinating stories of Nyhavn, Copenhagen’s most photographed spot, known for its colorful buildings.
• Bredgade - Cruise down this street famous for its galleries and Danish design.
• Frederiks Kirke (Marmorkirken) - The Marble Church is an impressive architectural marvel in central Copenhagen that you won’t miss.
• Amalienborg Museum - Amalienborg Palace, the Queen’s residence, is guarded by the Royal Guards. We’ll drive up to the square in front of the Palace and wave to Her Majesty if she’s home. Photo stop included.
• Frihedsmuseet - The Museum of the Resistance Movement is one of Copenhagen’s newest buildings. We’ll pass this unique round building with its underground museum.
• St. Alban’s Church - The English Church.
• Gefion Fountain - The largest fountain in Copenhagen, rich with Nordic history.
• Kastellet - Kastellet, The Citadel, is on the return stretch. We’ll cruise through this impressive 1600s military fortress, still in use today - rest assured, you’re in safe hands!
• Trekroner Fort - View this manmade fortress on the return stretch.
• Segway Cruise Copenhagen - At this point, you’ll have completed your 1-hour tour. But your Segway Experience isn’t over yet - enjoy a complimentary organic refreshment and a fun Segway Souvenir! We’re also happy to offer tips if you’re continuing to explore the city.

All riders will be given personalised Segway tutoring. There’s no need to be apprehensive if you’re a beginner - it’s straightforward, we promise!

We will kick-off the expedition with an easy Segway ride in a traffic-free zone - an optimal and safe start - whilst viewing renowned landmarks en route! We will make stops for photo opportunities and your guide will happily double as your personal photographer.

The tour concludes with a special Segway keepsake and a free organic drink.

• Minimum height: 135cm
• Operates in all weather conditions, please dress accordingly
• Minimum age: 11 years (please note the child MUST weigh minimum 35kg. Admission will not be allowed if the child is under the minimum weight - this is a safety issue)
• We can store your luggage for the duration of the tour
• No high heels. Please wear comfortable shoes.
• Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability, in which case we cannot offer a refund.
• You must be able to stand for the duration of the tour and step up/down from the Segway with ease (i.e. bend your knees lightly)
