Fantastic tour for a short trip! - The walk and canal tour was fantastic! Hannah was our tour guide and as a local she was very knowledgeable about the history of Copenhagen. She ran the tour in a light hearted and friendly manner and answered all questions with care. The fee for the tour was definitely reasonable considering you can see a significant amount of Copenhagen in only 3 hours! During which Hannah pointed out additional recommendations to take part in following the tour. We had a good group of about 10-12 people which kept the tour peaceful and manageable. The only recommendation I would have for the tour would be the tour guide having something identifiable at the meeting point, and this being communicated to the tour goers in advance. When we arrived at Copenhagen station we just saw multiple groups of people standing beneath the clock so it was a little difficult to identify which group we were meeting. Overall, Hannah was a great tour and we are so happy we did the walking and canal tour with go like a local. Especially if you are short on time in Copenhagen this is a great tour option - especially to leave a few hours post tour to try some amazing pastries and food!

Great way to orient yourself with a local - We had a very nice time with Isabella walking around the city, learning about the history and important landmarks. We were lucky to spend some time quizzing her about her experience in Denmark. It’s a lot of walking but worth it, especially on a nice day.

An interesting 3 hours walking and harbour taxi tour - Jakob from Walking Tour Copenhagen delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. His knowledge of the city is exceptional, but what really sets him apart is the way he brings Copenhagen’s history to life with energy, humour, and engaging storytelling. The tour was perfectly paced, covering key sights while also uncovering hidden gems you’d easily miss on your own. Jakob struck a great balance between historical insight and local tips, making the experience both informative and genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was his enthusiasm and ability to connect with the group—he made everyone feel welcome and involved. If you’re visiting Copenhagen and want a tour that’s both insightful and entertaining, Jakob is an excellent guide and I’d highly recommend him.
