Great opportunity to see Copenhagen! - Copenhagen is a city of canals. We felt it was important to experience the city from the viewpoint of floating comfortably along the waterway. The guide did a great job pointing out the many beautiful landmarks and tying them to the cities history. We loved seeing the diversity of the houseboats, people biking over the bridges, students paddle boarding and crewing, the colorful homes etc. The cruise took us away from the busy cobblestone streets and businesses and brought the city’s vibrancy alive. It was beautiful. It also brought home the devastation of the historic stock exchange which had burned down about two weeks before. We strongly recommend relaxing and taking this wonderful tour.

Highly recommend it you want to laugh and learn - Excellent tour. The tour guide made it so interesting and funny. Loved his sense of humor and how he told stories about the decisions that shaped the canal and its surroundings. It even kept the interest of my niece who doesn’t normally like tours.

Excellent Canal Cruise! - Excellent Canal Cruise! Booking online eliminated the very long line to buy tickets. The canal cruise was very comfortable and informative.

Best 60 min tour ever - Such a lovely tour- beautiful architecture, historic and modern, natural spaces, and interesting commentary. The weather was perfect which definitely helped, but in any case a canal tour is not to be missed.

Seeing Copenhagen from the water - This is a wonderful way to see Copenhagen from the water and to get an understanding of Copenhagens canals and different parts of the city. The tour is only an hour and it is an enjoyable water ride through the city. The only thing to note is that sometimes the audio was a little hard to hear, but it was fine for us as we were more interested in seeing Copenhagen.

Could not understand the guide - Despite seeing some great sights from the canal boat, we did not enjoy the guide. He tried to speak in several languages and we didn't understand any of them.

Slight let down with no live guide - Since the tour was advertised being with a live guide, that is what I expected for the tour I booked. This tour however seems to offer some tours with a live guide and others with a pre-recorded. We received the pre-recorded. The tour itself was interesting but I would have preferred the live guide.

awful experience - the organization of the cruise on site was an absolute disaster and the company stromma is literally a joke, but a bad one. We arrived 45 minutes before departure (1:45, departure was at 2:30 pm). It was full of people lining up to get on the boat. After I asked twice, one coworker of stromma told us to line up and wait for our turn. After lining up for the required time, the boat was filled with the customers ahead of us and departed shortly after 2:30, with us and many other people having tickets for that boat left behind. Shortly before 3 pm many of the customers left on ground approached one of the managers of stromma. They told us that it was "our problem" not to get on the boat on time and they would not reimburse us the money of the tickets. They requested us to book new tickets for the boats departing at 4 or 5 pm. In the meantime, they were asking the customers waiting for the next boat at 3 pm to board, while we weren't allowed, as we "missed" our boat and it was our fault. The heat increased and we had to take the manager to the limit to find a solution, who was trying to get rid of many customers who were not allowed to board the 2:30 pm boat. His reaction only came after many people confronted him and put him under pressure. Finally, he allowed us to board the 3:15 boat. From that moment on, the cruise was great. However, it is clear that the company in charge of the Copenhagen Sightseeing Classic Canal Tour With Live Guide is selling many more tickets than seats, literally mocking customers in an unacceptable way. My impression is that they often treat customers in such a way, but many people seem to be too polite to claim their rights and put them under pressure to react. In summary, this company is not serious and needs to be taught a lesson.
