Excellent activity - Excellent activity, very well organized. Beautiful country and culture. I recommend it as an activity. I'll do it again. Chauffeurs were very courteous and facilities well clean

Another great HOHO bus tour - I have always loved a good HOHO tour. You get to see the main sights of the area and you get to choose what you get off to see and for how long. The buses were running pretty frequently while we were there, and the loop wasn’t so big that it took hours to get around. I do wish there could be a couple a little closer in the middle maybe where you could easily get across too and either double back to something you want to go back to, or to skip part you don’t want to see again. Although, as I said, it wasn’t that this loop took an extremely long time like some places.

Ok tour with lack of organisation - Route was OK . Info on attractions could be more. Had trouble finding correct bus as apparently there are 3 or more hop on/off buss operators with almost identical red buses. In time of booking no map or instructions on stations ware given so had to find my own way. It is good way to see city when you have limited time. Definitely not the best way.

Three routes - great coverage - Routes were good. Glad that there were so many sights spread over three different routes. Really liked the "find my bus" feature. Some drivers very much better than others. USB chargers were pretty spotty, with many of them broken.

Great city overview! - Very easy to access. The bus had the best sound system we’ve experienced on a Hop-on/off Bus. Clean. Pleasant driver. Great for an overall view of a city. The Bus is usually the first thing we do when arrive to get a relaxing overview of a City. 100x’s better than the Amsterdam bus. Worst experience ever. This was probably the best!

A little disappointing, but otherwise an okay trip. - When we finally found the right bus in chaos and drivers who could not speak a word Danish, the trip - the one we reached - was fine enough. Unfortunately we were fooled by having read that the bus ran every 25 minutes or so. And it was just run. And then we didn't get any more, as they stop driving already at 17 o'clock.

Expensive bus tour, not worth it - We like to use the hop-on/hop-off buses in foreign cities to get an overview. Here we were disappointed for many reasons. At first the sights are poorly visible from the bus, the audio somehow did not fit the location, so we and other guests were partially completely lost there. In addition, there was endless shunting at the cruise port. For the comparatively high price, the added value was low. We wouldn't use it again.

Disastrous HOHO - My husband and I decided to do this Stromma tour as they were located at the cruise terminal. It was a busy day as there were other ships in port. We were looking forward to visiting some of the attractions we hadn't visited in the past. Sadly that didn't happen. We were asked to leave the bus at stop no. 9 as the driver was running behind. There would be another bus along in 5-10 minutes. Another bus did come along and everyone piled on. Then again at stop No. 5 we were asked to leave the bus and another one would be along shortly. This is where things really changed. Yes it was lovely to see The Little Mermaid. But having to wait for an hour until another bus arrived is unacceptable. There were many other people also waiting for the bus so arrive. And then the heavens opened literally, we managed to shelter under a souvenir booth which is right next to were the bus stops. When the bus finally turned up everyone was complaining and we were told we must have missed other buses that had stopped. I don't think that 40 or more people would have missed said buses. Because it was raining no one was on the top deck. So were were sandwiched in like sardines. We steamed all the windows up and the driver had to ask people to wipe the windows down as he couldn't see very well. Of course when we got back to the cruise terminal there were no Stromma representative there to complain to. Hence I have decided to write this review. The Company must have known that they would be busy that day with so many tourists. Yet they didn't seem to have allocated more buses/drivers. They also are getting more expensive and one of the buses sounded like it needed its breaks oiled. I wouldn't recommend this option to anyone. Take the other HOHO option instead.

Such a rubbish service and staff who do not care - We bought a 24 hour ticket £65 we got on at Tivoli gardens went three stops to Christiansborg Palace, returned to the bus stop at 14.40 to wait for another bus to take us to the Amalienborg Palace at 15.10 we were still waiting, the bus arrived at 15.15 (the girl had told us in the kiosk 8minutes) we arrived at bus stop 3 for the place too late to purchase a ticket. So for 5 stops it cost £65 as we didn’t bother to wait for another bus we got the metro back to our hotel! Disappointed as we left the next day, it is simply day light robbery, £13 a bus stop they need to have more buses at least one every 15 minutes.

Stay away, awful company - The poor language skills of some employees and the attitude of others are frustrating. The buses are generally late. Due to their tardiness, I almost lost the money spent on tickets for the Rosenberg Castle. I would give zero stars if I could.
