- Home of Carlsberg - Prior to entering the Home of Carlsberg exhibition, guests are invited to embark on a guided tour of the secret cellar, where the historic beer cellars dating back to 1847 are the main attraction. The tour starts along the Carlsberg way with a beer in hand and leads past J.C. Jacobsen’s former villa. Participants then descend 14 meters underground to gain a unique insight into the lives of the brewery workers and the essential role the cellars played in Carlsberg’s early operations.
Following the guided cellar tour, visitors can explore the 3,000 m² exhibition dedicated to Carlsberg’s history, from its first brew to its status as a global company. Through interactive games and videos, guests can discover the science that has been crucial to Carlsberg since its inception and its significance in the global development of beer.
