Wonderful day - Guilherme and his driver were absolutely wonderful. I travel with a portable oxygen concentrator and walker, and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was as easy as possible, and that I was able to participate in all of the activities. I can’t believe that he speaks so many languages and was able to keep up with everybody. He was able to answer all of our questions and shared lots of history and stories with us. Lunch was in a nice restaurant and food was great. It was a long day, but was definitely well worth it as we covered quite a bit!

See everything in a day - We saw everything we wanted to see but there is alot of queuing. It was a great day though, our suggestion would be to include fast track pass and charge slightly more.

Full on day - Hectic day but well thought out and we got to see everything as promised. Christ the redeemer was shrouded in mist but that couldn't be helped. Food at lunchtime was good but very chaotic place to eat. Which we'd done the steps first as by the time we got there they were so full of visitors you couldn't see them at all.

Waste of time - This was the worst tour ever I have ever taken so I recommend avoiding it. We spent most of or time in a van while they picked up people from several hotels throughout Rio de Janeiro. We finally got to the first stop of Sugarloaf Mountain after an hour of driving and then had limited time on the Mountain. The guide did not explain much in the car to fill the time. After Sugarloaf we were informed that several people on the bus had paid only for a tour to Sugarloaf so we were going to return them back to four hotels which would take a lot of time. We decided to leave the tour at that time. I requested a partial refund and the tour company refused saying that it was a “shared” tour and I should have known that they had a tour within a tour. I also had major problems communicating with this tour company. They didn’t answer emails or texts until ten minutes before the tour was starting.

NON-PROFESSIONAL DRIVING - The guide (jose’) was not professional and could not keep the group I got lost several times and I had to personally contact the guide to be found I already reported everything to my tour operator (and directly to the tour office, he told me that he was asking the group , I also sent him the phone conversations as proof for which there are no justifications about it). The same guide to justify himself with the group also blamed me... some went away getting off the bus without eating. took us to eat sllle 16.40 , I left with a taxi in the hotel .never seen such a thing
