Friendly and knowledgable guide - James was a very knowledgable guide. I was very lucky to get a dry and sunny day. The Castle is very impressive and James’ stories bring it to life. He gave me a great recommendation for lunch too which turned out to be fantastic 😋 thank you very much ☺️

Excellent Tour Guide Experience - James was an absolutely fantastic tour guide at Conwy Castle. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history in such an engaging and easy-to-follow way, which really brought the castle to life. He was also so kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We came away feeling like we had a real understanding of the history and stories behind the castle. A truly memorable tour. Thank you James.

So near... - Unfortunately, the Castle was closed so we could touch the wall but couldn't go inside! However, we were offered a walking tour of the lovely town of Conwy which included a history of the castle. Led by the incredibly knowledgable Ruby, we learnt so much about Conwy including Edward I, Llewellyn the Great and Mam Cymru. We didn't meet any Jackdaws (if you know you know) but we had a wonderul time. Thoroughly recommend this tour for a whistestop tour of a very pretty and town.

Castle stories to remember - Fun tour guide with great stories! James is a lively and engaging speaker with many facts and stories to tell. This makes taking a guided tour far better than setting off on your own. He was kind enough to meet us early when it looked like we might be rained out. Highly recommend!

Conway Castle - Wonderful guide -James, was very passionate and knowledgeable on the history of the Conwy castle and really fun to be with. The castle has many narrow, steep stairs but worth going up and down them ..

Tour brings castle to life! - We thoroughly enjoyed our Conwy Castle tour with James. He provided great context and colorful stories which brought life at this ancient castle to life. We could almost smell the bread baking and see the crossbow soldiers on patrol! The views from the towers were amazing.

Well researched by a... - Well researched by a former history teacher, I managed to do 2 of his walks and was very impressed; he also does the Ghost 👻 walk if you have time.
Unfortunately I didn’t, but I would like to do it when I return @ some point.
