Aquarium date - we had a blast we really liked everything they had and the decorations was cute for christmas and for kids

We enjoyed our time at... - We enjoyed our time at the aquarium. It was informative and there were all kinds of underwater creatures to see. The staff was knowledgeable. A good place to take children.

Aquarium was good enjoyed... - Aquarium was good enjoyed seeing all the fish. It’s more for kids than grown-ups, which is all right. We still enjoyed it.

Great Exhibit - Was fun and informative. There were many animals that did not have signs/labels for them. Weren’t sure how to engage certain interactive children’s activities.

Would have been a 5 but you can’t enter without giving an email address - Some complain about the price. The price is a value for all you get to see and the quality of the aquarium. The tanks are clean, the fish & turtles are healthy, the signage is good, the activities and info for kids is fabulous. I was just a bit put off that I could not pay, get a ticket and enter. I asked an employee if she could help me get past the email part of ticketing. I really didn’t want to provide an email address. She said it was mandatory and if I put a fake address they would not be able to verify that I paid and I could get thrown out. She may have said “end your visit”. All the same. So, my visit was negative before it started. I tried to put that aside while I continued on with the visit. I would not have continued on but I paid a lot to rideshare there so I went ahead with it. I may have given my email if it was an option at the end of the visit but demanding it before you can enter is ridiculous.

This is a very small... - This is a very small aquarium in a mall. Not sure how one spends 2h there. We walked slowly through all the exhibits and did all the little assignments and were done in less than an hour. Exhibits are interesting and well maintained, there are just not a lot of them. Not worth $25 per person in my opinion.

Not a merry Christmas - Went with my service dog on Christmas Eve alone. She got excited about the fish and barked once. Staff approached me and told me we would be asked to leave if she barked again. Very upsetting to be treated so harshly

Very poor experience, could not enter the program as tickets could not be found. - Did not get the ticket, nor information why, it was revealed when we got to the place and we could not enter.
It was not professional and helpful, how it was handled.
Not recommending at all to buy this way, go and pay at the event, as i t is possible. The staff is very helpful, the will rock it for you.
