Highly recommend! - So comfortable, friendly, and easy. I loved it! The driver was really nice, I made some friends on the bus, and we had two convenient stops on the road... a great experience overall.

Great!!! - Really organised excellent car and amazing conditions. You even have a Sony PlayStation 5 inside and include bottles of water

The wrong date - Me and my friends accidentally booked for the wrong date. The bus came and the driver saw that we don't have a reservation. He called a woman named Gina, who works at the office of the pink bus. and she was so nice and she helped us switch the dates.

5+ stars. What a great service - These guys are so good. The customer service is 5+ star. I didn't expect the service to be so efficient and helpful, so I wanted to write this review and say thank you. I'd booked and paid for the shuttle from Panama City to Venao, but the day before I was due to take that shuttle, my flight to Panama was delayed by 24 hours. Which meant I needed to take the shuttle a day later on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, Pink don't run this shuttle on a Saturday, so I asked if they would transfer my booking to my return to the City a couple of weeks later. I picked a time and day for the return, then the next week I got a message from them to say that the shuttle bus for my return journey had to be serviced on the morning of my return journey but there was a shuttle that left in the afternoon or the day before. I couldn't take either of these, as I had to be in the City before the afternoon shuttle left Venao and couldn't go the day before as I had things to do in the Venao area that day. I expected them to say sorry but you'll have to find another way to get to the City. But Pink is not like that, they didn't dump me. Instead they honoured my booking and offered to get me to the City in a private car. I was amazed at this offer and service and still really didn't expect this to happen. But it did. So thank you to everyone at Pink who made this possible. This really is such a great service.

10/10 would recommend Gina customer service and support! - We were the only 2 customers in Pedasi and the shuttle staff Gina was through and helpful with our coordination and communication. I’d recommend her to anyone traveling the area. What a GREAT service !

Met Expectations - Took shuttle from Casco Nuevo to Playa Venao (we dropped off at Pedasi). Website support was helpful in reservation. Bus arrived at pickup on time. Good driver. Wifi not working. Recommend based on our experience.

Does the job - better than public transport - 3.5 stars. GOOD: on time, safe driver. Easy to get from point A to B. BAD: not all seat belts worked. Notified an hour before departure there was no WiFi, while they offered a refund, once plans are made what are you going to do? First seat I chose was broken - with every bump seat reclined. Booked return via Viator and then got confusing WhatsApp from operator asking me to cancel reservation. I couldn’t tell if bus wasn’t running (36 hours later) or they wanted me to book directly. When I asked, my reservation was cancelled and was told bus wasn’t working even though could still be booked on Viator. The very next morning, got another WhatsApp saying “bus is running!” I had already made other, more expensive and less convenient plans.

Good but No WiFi - The bus was okay and clean, however we did not received any beverage nor water. Also, the bus does not have WiFi as advertised.

Disappointing - You contacted us 2 hours before to inform us that the pink bus was getting the air conditioner fixed from the day before. Knowing that you would not leave us time to find an alternative. The ad said it included items that was not offered to us.
