Outstanding Service - I could not have asked for better. Joe, my driver, was amazing- he was both professional and friendly. He contacted me before and during the arrival process. When I came out of baggage claim he was right there with a sign with my name on it and a friendly greeting. His English was excellent making conversation easy. He assisted me with my bags both on arrival and at the hotel. I highly recommend this service!

Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Excellent experience, very good communication with Ali who organized everything from the beginning, John (our driver assigned by Ali) very attentive and careful luggage, communication via WhatsApp to organize arrival, sign with my name to facilitate location at airport, the minivan used was new, impeccable, comfortable and effective... by the way electric. Without a doubt 10/10 👌🏻 I highly recommend the service.

Worth the investment for a “no worries” arrival! - Communication was excellent, Joe was exactly where he said he would be when I came out of Customs. He helped with my luggage and the drive into Seoul was calm and safe. Would use again.

Excellent customer service - Outstanding private transit. Ali kept track of my flight status even though it was changed several times. When I got there at 2am in the morning, the driver was waiting for us. The automobile was in an excellent condition and clean. Customer service was excellent. I would unquestionably advise anyone visiting Seoul to use these services.

Wrong hotel drop off - Nice driver, limited English picked me up at the airport time. Gave him the hotel name in English but he dropped me off at the wrong 4 points hotel so I had to take a taxi to the correct one

Subcontracted driver - I was very disappointed. After a 15 hour flight I exito have someone with a sign waiting for me after customs. I ended up calling and found out it had been subcontracted out to someone else who did not speak English. After about 15 minutes we did manage to find each other. Don't book with Ali.
