Our children enjoyed the big swimming pool and the lovely garden with palm trees. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the buffet was well-prepared. The chefs and restaurant staff worked with care and dedication. We truly recommend this hotel and thank all the staff for making our stay special. Excellent Service - excellent service in all departments. A welcoming location that features delectable fare along with an elegant appearance and atmosphere. The Palms hotel's supporting staff is always a blessing for guests staying at the establishment. I had a wonderful lunch that was presented in a high-quality manner and had a good selection of items on the menu, one of which was Sri Lankan cuisine. Both the rooms and the pool have been meticulously cleaned. The hotel can be found in a location that is immediately adjacent to the beach. At the beach, we participated in a wide variety of activities that were both fun and relaxing. A huge thank you to everyone on staff for helping to make today one of the most memorable days of our lives.

Positive stay - I enjoyed the staff who are really friendly. Meals are varied. The spa is run by an amazing person who is taking care of you and listening. Very pleasant massage. Saranga at the pool is also very considerate.

Nice location, but not a nice room! - Rating 'good' because the location is fantastic: right on the Indian Ocean, with surfing and snorkeling, beautiful beaches, what more could you want? The pool, the garden around it, the friendly staff, all fine. A big but: the rooms are damp, even though I left the air conditioning running all day, I still stepped into a wet, damp bed every night. The pillows were also wet, not nice to put your head on. Towels couldn't be dried and my suitcase contents were also damp. I stayed here the last days of my trip, fortunately, otherwise the weather would have moved in. The room is otherwise large, but not really cozy... Good shower! Restaurant is good, lots of choice and a Spa treatment is definitely worth it!
